Ode to a girl who is afraid of everything
The one who has anxiety and fear
Who has a tear for all thing that scare her
Things that make her heart beat to fast and thoughts clash
Ode to a girl who loves
The one who loves too deeply the oceans depps find themselves jealous
The one who centers someone at there core of her thoughts
The one who gives them a part of her self
The one who knows they can break her with that peice fears it but hands it to them
Ode to a girl who is called a bitch but isn't
The one who stands up for her friends
Isn't interested in some guys
Who says whats on her mind
Ode to a girl that doesn't love her self
Who doesn't know if she can do better
Who has been hurt so much she wavers in confidence like changing of a tide
Who can't abide to standards of beauty but wants to
Ode to a girl that's trapped but manages to get glimpses of freedom like a prisoner catching sight of a bird in flight imagining itself to be the creature
Ode to a girl that escapes in melodies words and pages that hides from the world in those comforts
Ode to a girl who asks her self if it ended tomorrow would I be proud of who I am
And when that answer isn't a good one she tries to strive for the right one
In the end she knows one will think she has done that ...maybe that's enough
