You sat on the bar staring down at the paper work you were suppose to be helping your friend Hunter with, but he had disappeared to clean dishes or something for the bar tonight.

"Can I help you Mikaelson?" You ask not turning around to look at Klaus.

"Well love, I thought I'd pop by. Just bored, and wanted something to do." He was standing right by your side now looking up at you, with his famous smirk on.

"Klaus, you are by far the most-"

"Attractive?" He cuts you off.

"Annoying." You correct making him pout "What about Elijah? You know the walking peace machine." He replies.

"He's my favorite, he's actually nice and not a douche." Klaus stared at you dumbfounded.

"I'm not a douche!" He protests as you walk to the back office away from him "Keep telling yourself that, Klaus." You call out to him.

The next morning you awoke in Klaus' bed as usual, he preferred you stay in his room so nothing 'happened' to you. But you weren't complaining it smelled like him- his bed and you loved that.

"Good morning, doll." You looked at Klaus and groaned "I'm late, I have to help Hunter today." You gathered your stuff and quickly threw on a different shirt.

"That's my shirt, love." You looked at him "And? Get over it this shirt looks better on me anyways." He bit his tongue and smirked.

"Obviously it looks better on you, everything does." He whispers as he heard the door shut.

A few hours later Klaus found himself sitting at a table bouncing a ball. He watched you go through more paper work for Hunter, and pick out color schemes for the building.

"Tired yet, love?" He asks aimlessly bouncing the small rubber ball.

"Of you watching me, yes." You reply speeding over and catching the ball before speeding over to the paper work again.

Klaus groans and throws his head back "How much longer do we have to stay?" He asks you looked up at him through your lashes, your e/c orbs catching his green ones.

"No one said you had to stay, or even come here. So you can leave if you'd like." You remind him making him scoff and raise to his feet "And miss all the fun?" He smirks walking over to a table and sitting on it.

"Niklaus, we sit in chairs not on tables." He shrugs "Anything to get your attention love." He caught your small blush and smirked.

"Did you just blush? Oh my darling, I just made you blush." He grins as you glare at him "If you're gonna stay here sit down and shut up." He looks as if he is thinking for a long minute.

"Mm.. no." He answers standing up, he went on rambling for an hour or so. You weren't sure about what you quit listening after a while.

"Klaus!" You scold having enough of his voice, he shuts up but not for long. He stayed quite for about thirty minutes and then he started talking.

All of a sudden it went quite for an hour "Pay attention to me! I'm bored." Klaus complains suddenly you look up and see he is already staring at you.

"Mm.. no." You mock shoving the paper work aside and looking at the color schemes.

He speeds over and then back to his chair with you in his lap "Niklaus let me go." You groan realizing you couldn't get up from his grip.

"Pay attention to me first." You cross your arms before you concoct a plan to get him back "Mm.. no." You shrug.

He groans "I'm bored, so pay attention to me." You watch him turn his head as someone falls across the street as he looks back at you he's caught off guard as your lips meet his.

You shocked yourself as you felt both of you keep the kiss going, building it up almost.

You both had lost yourselves in one another- in the kiss "Hey not in my bar! Not before it opens love birds." Klaus looked at Hunter and groaned.

"Deal with it, boss." Klaus smirks before looking at you.

"I love you." He whispers.

"Yeah, I love you too."
