You sat quietly in the library with Caroline doing an after school study session, which Bonnie, and Elena bailed on to handle something.

"Y/n, do you have the answers to the math homework?" You look over at Caroline with a raised eyebrow "Is this another test, to see if I can tell you're lying?" You question "Dang it! How'd you know?" You laugh and smile.

"When does Caroline Forbes ever ask me for math help, I suck at math."

"I second that." Stefan teases sitting next to you "Oh shut up." You nudge him with your shoulder before looking up at Bonnie who stood in the doorway of the library "He's here!" She announces excitedly shoving your 12 year old cousin into the doorway.

"Derek! What are you doing here?" You walk over and he shrugs looking down at his expensive IPhone he just had to have, you sigh and snatch the phone away.

"What are you doing here?" He looks at you and smiles "I had some bad dreams, and now my mom thinks I'm like you." You raise an eyebrow as Caroline and Stefan join you three.

"What kind of dreams?" You ask.

"Painful ones, I see you and the others in pain." Derek answers "Woah, that's a little dark." Stefan pats Derek on the shoulder "Bud, that's not going to happen." You assure him with a smile "Now let's get you home." You grab your stuff and hand him his phone as you all head out to your cars and leave the school.

You pull up to your house and you both walk in "How was the study session?" Your aunt Stacy asked as she placed a bowl of fresh cut strawberries on the table "Normal, hey did Derek talk to you about his dreams?" You ask sitting down popping a cut strawberry in your mouth.

"I heard they were killers." Your cousin Dayana answers sitting down along with her two sisters Cassidy and Lydia.

"He told me that he just seen us all getting hurt." You sigh "Witchy business, if only I had not quit practicing." Stacy sits down and you all look around the table.

"Witchy business? Sounds pleasant what are we doing?" You look over at Klaus who walked into the house and smiled sitting next to you.

"Just because you can enter my house doesn't mean you do." Stacy gets up and walks out to go check on Derek as you and your cousins stay.

"So, little Derek is back." Klaus smiles and you sigh "Shut up, it has to be important, his dreams remember?" You ask making your cousins nod "Dreams?" Klaus ask.

"Dreams of us getting hurt painfully." Dayana answers with a sarcastic tone she always had for people she didn't like "Ouch, why's that happening love?" You shrug.

You all jumped up when you heard Derek scream out "Derek!" You ran upstairs with everyone behind you and saw him holding his head laying on the ground in pain.

"Y/n, help him, you're the only one who can." You walked over quickly and kneeled down beside him and held his hands that were holding his head, you spoke the spell under your breath and soon Derek had dropped his hands from his head and hugged you.

"What was that, with your younger cousin?" Klaus asks as he follows you into your room "I don't know yet." He nods "I'm trying to go bed, you can leave." He nods again.

"You felt an attraction to me, just a split second ago." He smirks and winks but before you can protest he was gone.

The next few days were simple, you went to school, hung out with your friends, your family and got annoyed by Klaus.

Bonnie stood with you and your cousins as you were standing in the Grill waiting for the others to get there, all of a sudden you all grabbed your heads and went to the ground in severe pain. Derek tried to reach his hand out to you but his hand quickly returned to his head.

"Y/n!" Klaus rushed over to you before feeling the pain himself "You got this, come on you're stronger than this." Klaus whispered out in between groans of pain.

You all let go of your heads as the travelers fell to the ground, Klaus helped you up and you all looked around "It was me, my name is Lukas. Nice to meet you Y/n, more formally." You raise your eyebrow as Klaus stands in front of you.

"Give it up Hybrid, she doesn't want you." Lukas threw Klaus into a wall and smiles towards you.

"This was the dream." Derek mumbles.

"What do you want?" He shrugs "You're an extraordinarily rare occurrence, I could use you." You look at your cousins "Let's take this idiot out." Cassidy speaks up before grabbing her throat and gasping for air.

You look back and speak quietly under your breath, she releases her throat and smiles "Dumb ass, she's stronger than you ever could be." Lukas nods.

"Which is why I want her, a doppelgänger witch, who is friends with a doppelgänger that just extraordinary." You cross your arms.

"No." Klaus snaps his neck and you stand there dumbfounded "Because if anyone's to get her its me." He walks over to you and you lightly smile.

"They need a total moment, come on." Lydia beckons making Derek make a grossed out face "Ew." He comments before walking out.

"I lik-" you reach up and kiss Klaus throwing him off guard "Sometimes you talk too much." He grins and kisses you again "And besides you already have me." He nods "I needed to make a point, nobody messes with my love." Klaus kisses your forehead and you walk out to see everyone else there.

"What did we miss?" Damon asks.

"Everything." Klaus winks.

"Were those travelers?" Elena asks.

"They were now they're just dead." You answer "And what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, we all know this." Klaus smirks.

"Still a British pain in the ass, nice to know." Damon points to Klaus who shrugs "You guys wouldn't have me any other way." Klaus smirks "Maybe a little nicer." Jeremy comments.
