"Why should we trust you?" A vampire spoke out, Klaus' eyes stayed glued on you as you turned around and faced the vampire.

"We've heard the stories, there's a reckless hybrid out there. Who kills who they want, when they want." You start, you got Klaus' attention as he stood near his siblings "And I am here to tell you, those stories are true. But I am not a threat to you." Klaus was taken back by your words.

You were a hybrid?

"Y/n?" Kol whispered quietly to himself, Klaus glanced over at his brother before returning his gaze to you.

And you knew his brother?

"Now, we aren't threats to you. In fact whenever you need us give us a call or something, we'll help you out with anything." You look at Marcel and he nods.

"Everybody meet Y/n, and her group." Marcel announces Tyler, Lucas, Reyes, Beckett, and Caroline step forward.

"I'm a hybrid as well, but I'm with Y/n and I pose no threat." Tyler informs making Marcel nod.

"Let's not give these guys any trouble, let's go back to living." Marcel announces again.

You head out of Marcel's and towards your own house with your brothers and two friends "I can't believe you did that." Lucas sighs.

"Did what? Made peace for once? I had to do something you guys were just gonna act as if we didn't exist." You scowl.

"Maybe it would've been better that way." Reyes comments.

"Wow. You know what kiss my ass, I always save your asses and it's not for this." You storm out and head down the street.

"Y/n!" You turn around and see a familiar face- Kol Mikaelson. You sigh and cross your arms.

"What?" You ask.

"Let me guess wanted to rub it in that you got the dagger out of your heart?" He shakes his head.

"We were friends at one point, and I didn't mean to listen in but I did hear what went down. Come to my house." You look at him and think about saying no but find yourself nodding.

He leads the way to his house, and walks you into the living room "Guys meet Y/n." Kol speaks up.

"You know her?" Rebekah asks making Kol nod "We were friends but that ended." You speak up making everyone look at you.

"Besides that, Y/n meet Elijah, Rebekah, Klaus, and Finn my siblings." As he said each name he pointed to a certain person.

"Cool." You said with a small nod "Were those your brothers today?" Rebekah asks making you nod.

"Yeah they were, but they're all vampires." You inform them.

You stayed there for an hour talking and getting to know the Mikaelson's for once. Klaus watched you the whole hour your small smile and laugh made him want to smile himself.

"I'm gonna go, my brothers are probably already worried that I'm off killing someone or something." You sigh heading out "I'll go with you." Klaus stands and hurries over to your side.

You both walked to your house talking with one another, you nearly slipped and fell on the wet pavement and he caught you.

He wrapped his arms around your waist as his other hand held your hip, you looked at him and nodded "Thanks, but I can hold my own." You whisper making him smirk.

"I helped you, be thankful." He chuckles, you got a small smile and shook your head.

"Well this is me, thanks for walking me I guess." You look up into his eyes and he gives you a small smile.

"Of course." He simply replies, you turn and walk into the house before turning near a window and seeing Klaus.

He looked at you giving one his famous smirks before turning and walking himself home. Would it be so awful to think he was cute, hot even?

The next evening you walked into a bar looking for Lucas, he had came here looking for you as well.

"Well, well, well you finally arrive." You looked over at a vampire and felt wrong, something wasn't right. Something was very wrong.

The Mikaelson's sat at a table to your left but you didn't realize, Klaus watched as you froze in place your heart beat slightly increased. He knew you were upset but he just didn't know why.

That's when Lucas was pulled out by two males, he was bloody and looked as if he was on the brink of his death. You went to go forward only to have another- werewolf? A werewolf was interfering?

He grabbed your arm and you glared up at him "Not today, princess." He growls down at you.

You looked back at Lucas who stared back at you "Do you even care? You're a big bad hybrid, one with no feelings. Do you even love him?" Klaus' ears perked up as he heard that last part.

"Huh?! Answer!" The guy snaps as he hits Lucas "Yes! I love him, he's all I have now let him go!" You struggled against the werewolves grip trying to get to Lucas.

"No, you have to feel what you made me feel by killing my brother!" He snaps his fingers and you realized a werewolf was also holding your brother.

He dipped in and bit your brothers neck, your eyes widen "No!" You yelled a mixture of pain, sorrow, and anger coursing through you suddenly.

You turned around and ripped the werewolves heart out shoving him to the ground "You won't win." The guy snaps you realized who he was suddenly.

"We'll see, Thomas." You growled heading for his werewolf that had bit your brother.

Klaus got up and sped over knocking Thomas off his feet before he could even touch you "Klaus?" You turned around and his eyes slightly widen as he sped over grabbing you and ripping the werewolves heart out "Niklaus! Come on!" Elijah calls.

Kol had grabbed Lucas off the floor and was willing to carry him.

Klaus had grabbed your hand dragging you out of the bar with him, you stopped walking and he turned back looking at you "I can't." You shake your head.

"Fine." Klaus dropped your hand and turned around, he then sped behind you and picked you up "Klaus!" You complain.

"You're going one way another." Klaus smirks.

The next morning you awoke in a bed, you got up and walked down the stairs before you noticed Lucas turning around.

"Lucas!" You ran over and hugged him tightly "Don't break me." He chuckles.

"Klaus helped, he gave him his blood." You looked around and noticed Klaus walking up the stairs "I'll be right back." You whispered.

You headed up the stairs and walked over to what you believed to be his bedroom, you slowly opened the door and peeked in.

"Are they okay?" Klaus asked not looking to see who walked in. You walked over and wrapped your arms around him making him turn around.

"Thank you so much for helping my brother." Klaus got a small smile as he hugged you back.

"Anything I can do to help." He whispers you look up at him and smile.

"Your heart beat increased once you realized it was me." He shakes his head "It did not." He protests with a pout "It did too!" You giggle making him smile.

You stood up on your tippy toes and kissed him, he was shocked at first but it was what he wanted. He kissed you back and you pulled away.

"Your heart beat increased again." He chuckles.

"You're too cute." He leaned down kissing you again.
