AN: Part 4/Conclusion of the USJ fiasco! Short chapter compared to the others, 1.6k words, I'm sorry but it's the wrap up to the season and I tried to stretch the end a bit more, but I can't do much.
The heroes began to clean everything up, they took All Might, Midoriya, and (F/N) to Recovery Girl. The other students were outside as a detective explained everything to them.
"16. 17, 18, 19." The detective counted as he referred to his sheet. "Everyone seems to be accounted for except that boy whose legs were all messed up and that (H/C) haired girl." He turned away for a moment leaving the students to talk for a minute, explaining where they were before the detective approached them again. "Let's go ahead and get these students back to the main campus. They've been through a lot and we'll need to question them right away." Tsu hopped over to him.
"Detective, what about Mr. Aizawa?"
"The bones in his arms are splintered and he's got facial fracturing. Fortunately, there doesn't seem to be any serious brain damage. But his orbital floor has been almost completely destroyed. We have no idea if his eyesight will be impaired once he heals up."
"Well, you heard the man." The detective said, holding up the phone through which they heard a man explain Aizawa's situation.
"Ribbit."
"Not his eyes." Mineta cried.
"And sir, what about Thirteen?" Mina asked, both Jirou and Momo behind her.
"There's no need to worry there. Despite some pretty bad lacerations to the back, Thirteen is gonna pull through, good as new." At this news, the three girls smiled in relief. "And All Might is also without any serious injuries. He's in the nurse's office right now. Recovery girl's power should be all the treatment he needs."
"What about Deku and (N/N)?" Uraraka asked.
"How's Midoriya and (L/N)?" Iida clarified.
"Midori- ah Recovery Girl's taking care of him too, he's fine." Everyone smiled at this news, but it was short-lived when they saw the Detective look down and away. "However... (L/N) is not. She will be transported to a hospital first thing in the morning. According to what I've been told, she's suffering from lack of oxygen to her brain and therefore resulting in a coma (AN: I looked this up, so it has some truth to it)," At this, everyone, especially Bakugou, Todoroki, Kirishima, and Kaminari, stiffened. "From what I know, there isn't any sign of her waking up." Uraraka covered her mouth as tears welled up in her eyes.
The anger that welled up in the guys' chests were indescribable. Those stupid villains... it was their fault this happened to her. If they hadn't attacked, she would've been fine! The class shared a degree of guilt and though they had no romantic feelings for the comatose female like Bakugou, Deku, Kirishima, Kaminari, and Todoroki, they still all felt responsible. Shoji, for example, he could've grabbed her too as he did his other classmates. Iida felt that he should've grabbed the girl. Uraraka could've touched her hand and used it to float her towards them. So on and forth.
"Wh-what?" Momo breathed, her hands shaking from the fear of losing her friend.
"C-can't Recovery Girl wake her up?" Mina questioned. The detective shook his head.
"She's done all she can, but (L/N) doesn't have any physical injuries. Even the lack of oxygen isn't something Recovery Girl can heal... (Unsure if that's true). (L/N) will have to heal at the hospital and get through this herself."
"N-no..." Uraraka frowned, tears brimming her eyes. It was grave news. Everyone was ok, Deku, All Might, hell even Thirteen whose entire suit was torn open, but (N/N) wasn't?! What kind of cruel joke was this?!
