AN: We're almost through season two! I'm excited! Gotta keep moving! Nothing important to add here, just feel like I have to say something at the beginning and end. I also want to add, I've written so many chapters in the last 2 days. It's the 14th rn (since it's 12:06 am) and I'm starting chapter 30, right after finishing chapter 29. Honestly, I do write more when I need it to escape stuff lol anyway! Let's begin!
EDIT: You can tell how long ago this chapter was ready xD its the 31st for me but its also 12 on the dot
"I want to be in the same room with my friends." (F/N) repeated for the fifth time, still getting no's from the nurses. They were adamant she stay here.
"I'm sorry, but you need to stay here."
"I don't care what I need. Just move this stuff there... look, miss. I fought the Hero killer last night, I got stabbed in the chest. All I'm asking is to be able to move rooms to be with my friends." The woman frowned and shook her head.
"I'm sorry." (F/N) sighed and look away, her gaze drawn to the window. It was day time now, she was in the hospital and her chest had been taken care of. Her mind was still on the events of last night, fighting Stain, almost dying, getting kidnapped by the nomu. Stain saved her, why? She wasn't that special, sure... she had a special ability but she, herself, wasn't that special. What did Stain see in her? Maybe she was overthinking it, maybe Stain just wanted to kill the nomu? If that was the case, did that mean... he didn't work well with the League of Villains? Assuming the league was the only one with nomus.
Once the woman left, an idea hit (F/N), and she quickly started taking out all her IV's and taking off all the clips on her fingers and stood up. She had waited a couple of minutes before she ran to the door.
The (H/C) haired girl quickly snuck out of the room and promptly moved down the hall, looking in every window to see if she could spot her friends. When she found them, she opened the door, earning shocked looks.
"(N/N)?! You're ok." Deku said. She shut the door and nodded, moving towards them. She had tears in her eyes and she gave them each a lengthy warm hug, which they gladly accepted. The incident was terrifying and it wasn't something they'd forget soon. After the hugs, (F/N) moved towards the empty bed and laid down. "Are you sure you're ok?"
"Just tired... my chest is sore." She muttered, then sat up and looked at them with a gentle smile. "I'm glad you're all ok too... last night was terrifying." She mentioned, earning nods from the other three boys.
"He saved you." Todoroki muttered.
"Stain? Right..." The girl trailed off. "Why?"
"You must've made a mark on him or something." Deku answered. Both Deku and Todoroki recalled the fight last night, mentioning how easy Stain could've killed them, but didn't. The conversation went on for a few minutes before the door opened and in walked Gran Torino, Manual, and Eraserhead.
"Oh, so the injured youngins are awake. You're not supposed to be here." (F/N) frowned at the short retired hero's words, afraid he'd ask her to leave.
"Oh come on, not you too..."
"Gran Torino-"
"Idiot! I could yell at you for hours but before I do, you have a visitor." The three moved aside and in walked a very tall man with the head of a dog. "This is Hosu's chief of police: Kenji Tsuragamae."
Iida and Todoroki stood up but as both Deku and (F/N) went to stand, the chief told them otherwise, even adding a little woof at the end.
"So, you're the UA students who brought down the hero killer, huh?" He asked.
