🐾 Chapter 3 🐾

"How much longer.." Complained a certain yellow dog as he trudged himself across the tile floor back and forth.

Jimin, And J-Hope had arrived at the destination of the interview a while ago. The interview had started about five minutes before, so Jimin's little companion was becoming a little bored.

"Bud, it's only been five minutes." Jimin Said with a small laugh.

Chimmy only whined again from that comment and curled up in a comfy ball beside Jimin on the couch. The minutes were starting to feel like hours now to poor Chimmy, but Jimin was just giggling. It was funny to the man, and he just wanted to fall on the floor like a potato.

"Jimin, I have a question." Chimmy Said after whining for while.

Before the dog could say anymore, Jimin hugged his companion close to his side and smiled. Chimmy relaxed a little and rested into the small hug.

"What is it?" Jimin asked and felt Chimmy lean his head into his side.

"Well.. I'm just really nervous about what the news said this morning." Chimmy confessed his scared mood and shivered a little.

This morning on the news broadcast, they had a new story that exploded like crazy all over the internet.

It said that something different happened to a companion when they disappeared. The human partner of the companion explained that they were happy, and nothing was going wrong, but their best friend just vanished. And along with that, where the companion last stood, was a X mark that seemed to have been burned into the ground due to small embers rising from it after the disappearing. It hasn't happened again since, but people are nervous that something isn't right.

"To be honest, I am too bud.." Jimin Said and tightened his grip around Chimmy.

Jimin didn't want to lose his best friend, not ever. If he did, he would never live the same again. In Jimin's mind, he could imagine tears spilling from his eyes forever, and anxiety would certainly make its way into control.

"I don't know where I'd go." Chimmy Said and sighed with his eyes slowly closing.

The dog was tired, and sadly didn't get any sleep the night before.

"Well, I'm going to make sure you stay right here with me." Jimin Said with a smile and suddenly had an idea.

Today has been a rough day for them, and if they could get some fun or free time it would make their day one hundred percent better.

"Hey I have an Idea. After J-hopes interview and some errands, we can get some ice cream then join RM and help him with the new schedule. Does that sound like a plan?" Jimin asked and looked straight down to his small puppy friend.

Chimmy suddenly jumped up with excitement and bounced around happily as if he had turned into Cooky the bunny. He really wanted to spend some fun time with Jimin today, considering that they've been busy most of this week and didn't get any down time other than when they had to sleep and eat.

"Ya!" Chimmy cheered before almost slipping off the chair, but Jimin caught his little friend and helped him back up.

Jimin laughed again at how Chimmy's attitude changed so quick. It was a good thing though, because thinking about that news story more, would make him fear for his Chimmy..

"What's all this excitement about?" Said a small voice from the doorway up ahead, and there stood Mang with a confused posture.

Nobody could see her face due to a mask, but they could just tell that she was confused.

"Oh Mang! Is the interview almost done?" Chimmy asked and waddled over to his friend from Jimin's chair.

"It's going to end in about ten minutes, there are some weird activities their putting J-hope up to." Mang said with a sigh and soon returned to a happy emotion.

Chimmy groaned and rubbed his eyes with his small paws. It was very rough this morning because of RJ's disappearing act so he was tired, and now being bored along with it made it worse.

"Hey you two, want to play a game or something? That could pass time." Jimin suggested and sat on the carpeted floor.

Chimmy and Mang then looked to him with frantic nods. They both loved games, and they really wanted time to just pass by as if it was a single second.

"Ya! But.. what type of a game?" Mang asked before following Chimmy over to go beside Jimin.

The two companions then sat on the ground and looked up to their human friend.

"Maybe we could play a game where we try to make each other laugh! I don't know what it's called, but we can just tell jokes and whoever laughs the most loses!" Chimmy suggested and the others nodded in
agreement.

"That's a good suggestion, let's try it." Jimin Said with a smile and decided to go first, "Alright, try to make me laugh."

Chimmy and Mang then turned to each other and whispered a word or two before turning back to Jimin. They both seemed to have come up with something, because Chimmy was giving a smirk.

Before Jimin could think any further, he watched his small companion go beside him and suddenly tickled the man. Jimin was very ticklish, and that was his main weakness. He tried to hold in his laughs, but they exploded out of his mouth when Mang joined in.

"Agh!! You guys got me!" Jimin exclaimed with loud laughs escaping his mouth.

Chimmy and Mang high fived with cheers of victory and giggled.

After that, they did many rounds and tears were almost going down their faces from all the laughing, It definitely made time pass by, because before they knew it, J-Hope had entered the room.

"You guys seem to be having fun."J-Hope Said with a snort in amusement and felt Mang hugging his calf's already.

Mang could only hug him there since that's how small the companion was.

With companions, their sizes can be different, but most of them have been studied to be smaller than the height of someone's knee.

"Let's go!" Chimmy Said as his impatience finally broke free, making him grab Jimin's hand and desperately tried to drag him out of the room.

"Chimmy, we're going!"
