🐾Chapter 6🐾

"Look out, here I come!" Announced a very pink rabbit as he slid across the kitchen counters with cleaning supplies and towels.

The rabbit, was the one and only Cooky. He was at the apartment with Jungkook so they could clean. They usually didn't do this sort of thing, since Jin and RJ did it all the time anyways. But today, they decided to do a nice favor.

"Cooky don't fall." Jungkook Said with a snort as he watched his bunny friend almost near the edge of the counter.

The man was cleaning the living room, but could clearly see what Cooky was up to as well. Due to the rooms being right beside each other with no walls.

"I won't, don't worry!" Cooky said in his strong voice and sprayed some chemicals onto the marble top before getting out a paper towel and sliding across it to clean away.

Jungkook gave his bunny like smile towards his friends creative thinking, and exhaled out a breath he had been holding in worry of Cooky falling. He really enjoyed having times like this, where it was just him and his best friend. It felt so relaxing and entertaining for him.

"Hey, I finished here in the living room, I'm heading to the bathroom!" Jungkook announced and went to said location in the apartment.

Cooky smiled then and finished cleaning the counters before jumping to the floor. The rabbit walked around to the living area now, and checked to see how Jungkook did. If the bunny were to be honest, it didn't look all that bad. The couch pillows were in their perfect places, remotes were on the coffee table parallel to each other, clutter was gone, and the carpet was vacuumed and straightened.

"Not bad." Cooky mumbled with a grin and went to the dining table.

It wasn't really that big of a mess there, but putting a few things in check wouldn't hurt.

The rabbit quickly made his way on top of the table and started to do his work. First, he made the table mats aligned and clean. Next, Cooky pushed the chairs in and straightened their cushions. And lastly, he made sure no food stains were on the wood, which there wasn't any.

"The bathrooms aren't all that bad actually." Jungkook Said as he walked into the main area with another grin.

Cooky smiled back as well and showed that he finished the dining room and kitchen.

"Good work bud!" Jungkook cheered and gave Cooky a high five.

"Thanks! You didn't do all that bad either!" Cooky Said and gestured to the perfectly clean living space.

They were pretty much done now, considering that bedrooms were meant to be cleaned by their inhabiters. And luckily, Cooky and Jungkook kept their space clean easily.

Jungkook then sat down at the dining table in front of Cooky, and his smile slowly faded to a serious emotion.

"What's wrong Jungkookie?" Cooky asked as he set his small paw onto the mans wrist in front of him.

Jungkook then lifted his head and sighed.

"It's just.. this morning with RJ, I kind of freaked out. And I'm hoping that you won't leave without permission too." Jungkook explained and looked into Cooky's wide eyes.

The bunny then recalled that mornings incident. He would never do that, especially since he saw how worried everyone got for RJ, he would hate to have everyone be that way too for him. Cooky wanted to be strong and brave! Smart and successful!

"I won't Jungkookie!" Cooky Said with a smile.

Jungkook chuckled at the nickname again and started to pet the pink bunnies head.

While doing so, Cooky leaned into Jungkook's hand and felt his thoughts come to him. Since that news report this morning, Cooky has felt uneasy and worried. Because if he left, he knew Jungkook would never recover, and he couldn't let that happen.

"Hey Jungkook, I need you to promise me something." Cooky Said and frowned a little.

Jungkook's hand froze and remained on top of his bunny friends head.

"Of course bud, what is it?" The man said and felt worry grow in his stomach when Cooky frowned.

The bunny was always happy and energetic, why was he suddenly upset? Well, hopefully Cooky was going to explain what was wrong now.

"Promise me that when I leave, you'll move on. I don't want you to get distracted from your work and all afterwards." Cooky Said and looked down to the table top he was standing on.

He didn't want to look up, not now. Because if he did, the bunny only knew that Jungkook would be crying. Cooky could already hear his sniffs..

"W-why are you saying this now? Do you think your going to leave?" Jungkook Said in a shaking voice, causing Cooky to finally look up.

Cooky felt regret come into his soul now, cause right in front of him, sat a crying Jungkook. Small exhales came from Jungkook's mouth as he tried not to cry harder than he already was.

After a few seconds, Cooky realized that this could easily have him erased.. he was making his human cry!

"Don't cry!" Cooky Said and grabbed Jungkook's hand that was still resting on top of the bunny's head, "I'm sorry, I never should have said anything-."

"Don't say that, you did nothing wrong Cooky." Jungkook Said and gently picked up the bunny before holding him securely against his chest.

The bunny sighed, thinking that Jungkook was only giving him pity. But that wasn't the case at all. It was just the mans way of showing protection.

While the two just sat there hugging each other, The silence broke with a phone buzzing on the dining room table.

Jungkook then looked over Cooky's ears and saw that it was RM calling. Wonder what he's up to.. Before Jungkook could reach for the device, Cooky grabbed the phone from still hugging the mans chest and gave it to him.

Jungkook gave a sweet smile before answering the call and felt surprised when RM sounded quite panicked.

Then, it all got together. They were all leaving.
