Reposession of a former friend

When we were back in the Earth's atmosphere, we flew rapidly through the skies searching for the jet that Loki was on .

" Do you know what direction they were headed in ?" Thor questions , wrath flowing through him .

" They were due North , 'Tasha told me before I left ," I replied , scanning the horizon .

" ' Tasha?" Thor questions

" Natasha Romanoff , Black Widow ?" I filled him in . He let out a soft oh .

Within minutes I had spotted them and I signalled Thor to their location . He nodded then grabbed me as he headed for the quinjet. He began to cause thunder .

" Said anything ?" Nick Fury commanded over the intercoms .

" Not a word ," Natasha sighs deeply , focusing on getting her new team mates to the SHIELD helicarrier.

Annoyed , Fury curses and says ," Just get the idiot here , we're low on time . And watch the weather ." Then he shuts off the intercom.

Loki , tied up and cuffed to his seat , stares intensely at Steve and Tony , who are whispering .

" I don't like it ," Steve says gazing at Loki .

" What ? Rock of ages giving up so easily ?" Tony scoffs referring to Loki .

" I don't remember it being so easy , this guy managed to capture Cali out of all people ," Steve insists , angry at the end . 

"Yeah ... I guess you're right but still, you are pretty spry, for an older fellow. What's your thing? Pilates?" Tony asks, curious .

" What?"

"It's like callisthenics, you might've missed a couple things , you know due to being a Capsicle ," Tony explains then laughs at the end. Steve stares at him finally meeting his ego match and huffs at Tony.

"Fury didn't tell me he was bringing you in," Steve spits .

" Well , Fury doesn't tell you a lot of things and neither will I."

Lightning nearly hits the side of the quinjet as me and Thor land violently on it , making it shake a little . I hear voices from inside which I could make out to be Natasha and Steve .

" Where's all this coming from ?" Nat questions .

Loki stares out of the window , now scared and worried.

" What ? Scared of a little lightning?" Steve questions

" I'm not fond of what follows ," Loki replies nervously .

Yeah you better be scared , I thought .

Thor tears open the ramp of the quinjet and we land inside , he stares angrily at everyone.

I rush over to Loki and punch him in the face , which he winces .

" That was for trying to kill me and my friends !" I hiss at him . Everyone lets out an 'ooooo!'

" Cali , we gotta take Loki to S-" Tony starts but Thor throws Mjolnir at him and spits on the floor . Steve looks dumbfounded at what just happened . Thor grabs Loki roughly by the neck as Mjolnir comes back to him .

" Wait ,Thor these are my -" I start but Thor grabs me with his arm and we fly out of the quinjet.

" Now there's that guy ," Tony groans as he gets up and puts the Iron man helmet on.

" Another Asgardian ?" Natasha asks innocently whilst trying to find a space to land .

" He's with Cali , so he's friendly ? Right ?" Steve asks , confused.

" It doesn't matter , if the guy frees Loki or kills him , the Tesseract is lost and I need to get her back here," Tony says walking towards the ramp .

" Stark ! We need a plan of attack !"

" I have a plan , attack and get Cali back ," Tony replies and launches out of the quinjet.

Steve reacts and grabs a parachute to follow in pursuit .

" I'd sit this one out , Cap ," Natasha advises , struck by what had just happened.

" I don't see how I can , ma'am ," he replies , tightening the straps on the parachute .

" These guys basically come from legends . They're practically gods ," Natasha explains briefly .

" My girl is a goddess so I can deal with them , and there is only one god , ma'am , and I'm pretty sure he doesn't dress like that ," Steve smirks then jumps out of the jet towards the confrontation between Thor , me and Tony.
