TMNT headcanon

Let me make something clear- I don't give a damn about the canon on this one, this is my canon.
Okay, bois.
Raphael is the oldest. Why, you may ask, is he not the leader then?
Because, Splinter said it himself in the 2012 TMNT TV show- Leo asked first. That means age ain't got nothing to do with it. Donnie is second oldest because he just is. He's super chill with that tho. He didn't really want to be leader in the first place so he hangs out where he's at. Every one of his brothers, and I do mean every one of them, is super over protective of Donnie and if he went down in a fight or something, they would all be incredibly damaged. More than anyone, I mean. He is more or less the glue of the family and they each individually love him uncontitionally because HOW THE HELL COULD YOU NOT?!?!!?!?
Leo is actually the 3rd oldest, the 2nd youngest. They grew up equal as they didn't start the actual hero stuff until they were 15 so he didn't have much reason to be more mature, per se. That doesn't mean he wasn't mature, but he was, y'know, able to be a kid and a dork and obsess over his dumb Space Explorers show without any expectations to not be a kid. He was halfway joking when he asked to be leader but he totally was the right person for it and gradually everyone got use to his leadership.
Then Mikey. As any decently education TMNT fan will tell you, Michelangelo is the youngest because how could he not be? He's SHORT. Everyone looks down on him. He literally had ZERO expectations put upon him to be an older brother because he wasn't one and thus the Mikey we know and cringe at- er, I mean love.
