7 days later...

It was September 9th, Ace's birthday. Ace and I had  been together for a week. Adrian had been ignoring us, and I knew why. He was jealous of Ace, he still liked me. Honestly, I still liked him as well. Feelings suck.

Ace left to breakfast and I texted the gang to come over to the dorm room to decorate, we had been planning this surprise for weeks. The gang came over and started to decorate. Kaylie stayed outside, watching for Ace. After everyone finished decorating, we all hid and turned the lights off. A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door. It was Kaylie warning us that Ace was coming. The door opened and the lights turned on, all of us jumped out and yelled "SURPRISE!"

He smiled widely. I walked over to him and hugged him.

"Happy Birthday." I said, smiling at him

"Thank you. Wow. All of this for me?"

I nodded and he kissed me on the forehead.

"This is amazing." He said

I took his arm and dragged him to the table full of presents.

"Open them." Ashton told him

"Okay." He sat down on a chair and opened the  presents, saying thank you to everyone after opening all of them.

After the festivities were over, Ace and I went to Ruby's. Ruby made him a small birthday cake for us to share and he gladly ate it. We talked about so many things and we wandered off into the sea of conversations, somehow it got to the sea and how not much of it was discovered and for all we knew, the creatures in movies were real. It was amazing, I hadn't had such a great conversation in such a long time. The last time I was in a conversation like that.. was with Sammy. Just Ace an I out together, was great.

When we finally got back to our dorm we lied on the bed and had a movie marathon. Soon after the 7th movie was done, I had fallen asleep in Ace's arms.

2 weeks later...

I was exhausted. I had taken Kitty on a walk in the morning, but all she did was yank at her leash, bark at anything that was moving, and tried to attack other dogs, thankfully, without succeeding. Kitty was a rough puppy to take care of, but she was really sweet and fluffy. I got back from her walk and took off her leash. I fell backwards onto my bed and sighed of relief.

Ace was in the shower, due to him being at the gym the whole morning. I was staring at the ceiling, until I heard Ace's phone ringing. I got up and looked at who was calling. Ashley Kerem. There was no picture, so I had no idea who she was.

"Ace! Your phone is ringing!" I shouted, so he could here me through the bathroom walls and the running water.

"Who is it?!" He shouted back

"Says Ashley Kerem!"

"Just ignore it!"

I shrugged. The ringing stopped after a few more calls and a ding! sound came from his phone, indicating he had a message. I looked at it. By that time the water had stopped running from inside the bathroom.

Ashley Kerem: Ace, I need to tell you something very important.

I thought nothing of it.

"Ace! She texted you! Said she had something important to tell you!"

"Okay! Be right out!"

He opened the door to the bathroom and walked out with only a towel covering his lower half. Ace picked up his phone and checked it. He typed back and set it on his bed. Then he changed his clothes.
