"No." I said as I walked away from him.
"Oh come on! Please!" He begged as he followed behind me.
"No." I said as I kept my arms crossed.
"Please! I've changed!"
"No you haven't."
"Yes I have! Please! Please I just want an answer! Why did you say no?"
"Tony if you had changed you wouldn't be flirting with everything that walks. Now I have work to do so goodbye." I said as I walked away.
I walked into the building and let out a sigh as I walked to my desk and plopped down.
"So I heard that a certain Tony Stark proposed to you last night." My best friend with a smile.
"And I said no."
"Why? I thought you loved him."
"I do, but.... I don't think he loves me." I said softly.
"He proposed! How could he not love you?" She asked shocked.
"I just think he is trying to get publicity... now I'm going to get my work done." I said as I looked forward.
Soon the day was over and I left to go home. I let out a sigh as I plopped down on my bed and looked at the ceiling.
Buzzzzz buzzz
"Damn it Tony." I whispered as I grabbed my phone.
"What do you want?" I asked as I answered it.
"It's Happy, there has been a accident."
It didn't take me long to arrive at the hospital and rush in.
"Tony Stark?" I asked the receptionist.
"I'm sorry but only family-"
"I'm his fiancé!"
"Room 200." She said softly.
I rushed to the room and let out a sigh as I made it to Tony's side.
"You idiot." I whispered as I gently touched his face.
The doctor soon came in and explained that he had been drinking and driving and ran off the road. They said he would be out for a couple hours and I could stay as long as I was quiet. I ended up falling asleep in the chair beside his bed and I didn't wake up until I felt a hand on mine. I opened my eyes and saw Tony smiling at me.
"You idiot! Why would you drink and drive!" I yelled angrily.
"Good to see you too." He said with a chuckle.
"I swear if I hadn't been so worried about you-"
"Oh so you do care?" He asked calmly.
"Of course I do you idiot!"
"Ma'am I know you are upset with your fiancé but we have people sleeping." The nurse said softly.
"Sorry." I said with a small smile.
She left and I let out a sigh.
"Fiancé?" Tony asked softly.
"Only way they would let me come back to see you." I said softly.
"Why did you say no?"
"Because... I was scared... what if.. you just think I'm hot and don't actually love me? What if you realize I'm not the one for you... what if you die?"
"One... you are hot, but that isn't why I love you. Two I could never not love you.... you mean everything to me, three I don't see myself with anyone but you and finally.... I'm going to die one day, but I would rather get to spend the rest of my life with you then die wondering what it would be like." He said softly.
I felt tears stream down my face as he sent me a smile.
"Come here." He said as he held his arms out.
I sent him a small smile as I climbed beside him and cuddled into his side.
"I love you." He whispered as he kissed my forehead.
"I love you too." I said as I leaned up and pecked his lips.
