Jordan POV

I woke up to find a sleeping Aurey on my chest. A few minutes later, after debating whether or not to wake her, I lightly shook her. Yawning, she woke. "Good Morning, you'd better get prepped since we are going to the nether," I said solemnly. She just nodded.

By the time we were ready to go, it was already noon. As we ran through the trees, I thought about what we were about to do. Go to the nether, a living hell. I was so concentrated in my thoughts that I didn't notice Nadeshot sneaking up behind us. Well, trying too. Sword flashing in the sun, it struck Aurey and I at the same time with the flat of the blade, knocking us both unconscious.

Aurey POV

I woke up with a throbbing pain in the back of my head. Looking down, I was lying on a bed of obsidian, and I was surrounded by walls of cobblestone bricks and iron bars. The only way out was up, and through the small hole I could see a roof of glowstone, netherrack, and quartz. I must be in nether. Looking around the room, I saw Jordan, lying face down in the other corner, still unconscious. Quickly checking that he was still breathing, I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before looking to the iron door. A lock clocked, and Hecz stepped in the cell.

"Dianite would like to see you," he stated before pushing me out of the cell roughly.

I sighed. What now?

I was guided into a throne room. Standing above me was a humanoid figure, but more beast like. He wore a name tag that read "Hello, my name is Dianite, the Doombringer"

"What do you want from me?" I spat at him.

"Simple, I want answers," he boomed,"where is she?"

"Who?"

"The one you call Ianite."

I shivered when I heard him say the name with malice and hatred. I wonder what made him dislike her this much.

"Very well, if you do not wish to speak to me, my followers can be quite convincing... Take her to the dungeon."
