Millie's mum had set up a bunch of mattresses for everyone in the lounge room with lots of pillows and big blankets. It was like a big hit but they would all have to sleep there and it was kind of just fun sitting there. Everyone was in their pyjamas just sitting around on their phones. Millie's mum walked into the lounge and said
"i don't really care where you guys got to sleep, as long as you do get some sleep and you are quiet enough that i can get some sleep."
"Okay night mum." Millie said standing up and kissed her mum on the head. Everyone was silent as thy watched Millie's mum walk out of the lounge and once she had left they all burst out in laughter for no reason at all.
Jack pulled Melaini into a tight hug then grabbed a pillow with his hand furthest away from her and started a pillow fight. Everyone had pillows and it just seemed to be a game of gang up on Jack. Everyone ended up lying on the floor out of breath from the pillow fight and from laughing so hard. Millie's dogs walked into the lounge and came around wanting pats from everyone.
"Awww they are too cute." Jack said putting his hands on his cheeks, hearts for eyes. The dog ran up to him and Melaini and licked Melaini on the cheek and just stayed there getting lots of cuddles from both Melaini and Jack.
The dog leaves after about ten minutes and they assumed it went to bed and everyone else is just talking quietly to each lot just quietly so they don't wake up any of Millie's family. Jack notices that there hasn't been any smart ass comments lately and leans up onto his elbows looking around and asks
"hey guys, where the hell is Finn."
Everyone sits up looking around none of them can see him.
"Did anyone see him leave?" Amie asked her voice shaking slightly. Everyone shook their heads.
"Did he say anything to anyone about going anywhere?" Millie asked standing up now. No one replied. Everyone had a terrified look on their faces.
"W-we have to find him." Sadie said standing up too now. Everyone else stood up looking around again to see if he was just hiding behind the couch or something.
"Okay lets go find him he's not here." Jack said he sounded terrified but determined to find his friend. Everyone was now standing, the room felt more silent than ever.
"This is a bit odd but, does anybody else, feel like they're being watched." Melaini said scanning over the many windows around the large lounge walls.
"I was just about to say the same thing." Noah said also looking around at all the windows. Sadie nodded her head her eyes full of fear, Millie looked like she could cry, Jack was clinging onto Melaini's shoulders tightly she could feel his hands shaking and she looked over to where Amie was standing and saw that she was missing too.
Noah looked to where Amie was standing and saw she was gone too and said,
"we need to go"
