Melaini gets a rush all over her as she walks down the steps of the plane that just landed in Toronto. The air is fresh as it is still very early in the morning the sunrise is a pretty pink but Melaini needs to meet Amie inside. they haven't seen each other for three and a half months as Amie has been here in Toronto filming IT 2. Melaini walked into the airport Amie said she would meet her with her bags and breakfast. Melaini heard someone scream her name and had arms thrown around her neck. She figured it was Amie pretty quickly and they both ended up crying, (what a shocker) but ate their breakfast together and talked about everything that had happened while Amie was gone. Once they were both filled in on the tea, they caught a taxi to Amie's apartment which is where Melaini would also be staying for the next two weeks she would spend in Toronto.
They settle in and make themselves feel at home and go for a walk to the park so Amie can show Melaini around as she has never been here before. There are a bunch of cute little vintage shops along the streets, most of them have little cafes out the front.
"hey did you bring money with you?" Melaini asked not taking her eyes off one of the little vegan cafes.
"yeah i think so" Amie said fumbling for her wallet.

They are both back in the apartment it's about four o'clock now and they are just chilling on the couch and out of nowhere Amie said
"oh shit we have to get ready"
"ready for what?, where are we going you didn't tell me we were going somewhere?! are we going to see Jack? am i going to meet Jack?!" Melaini's talking very fast and she's getting all excited curling herself up into a ball on her bed just thinking about meeting Jack.
"woah, woah, woah slow down, all i'm telling you is that we are going to a fancy dinner party i've asked if your alowed to come and they said yes, so dress up" Amie said the corner of her mouth curling into a smirk.
"who said i was aloud to come?" Melaini asked desperate for an answer even though she knew she wouldn't get one.
"I said that's all i'm telling you" Amie said turning away to go get changed. Melaini walks over to her suitcase,
"I dOnT hAvE aNyThiNg tO wEaR!" she yelled
"i BoUgHt aN oUtFiT fOr yOu YeStErdAy, iTs iN tHe cLoSeT nExT tO yOuR bAgS" Amie yelled poking her head around the wall so she could see Melaini's reaction as she opened the cupboard to the outfit Amie bought for her. She bought her a bright yellow sleeveless jumpsuit, a pale blue slightly oversized denim jacket and a pair of ten up dr. martins.
"OH MY GOD AMIE LOVE YOU SO MUCH YOU ARE THE BEST THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
