I nod and stand up text Martina that I had made my decision asking her to meet me at the café. Once I arrive there I look around and see her sitting with a group of people and as I walk up to them I get a little nervous. I look at Martina "Hey." "Uhmm you are?" "Oh, sorry I thought you were someone else. I see your busy so I will let you go." I turn and walk away grabbing a cup of coffee before I head out. I couldn't believe that everything worked. I had just made it out when I feel a hand on my wrist and I turn around Martina was standing there. "Do I know you?" "Uhm, I think we might have a class together but I thought you were my girlfriend's cousin." "Oh, you have a girlfriend." "Yeah, and she means the world to me. She is beautiful, sweet, intelligent and athletic." "Oh, that too bad your very handsome. I can't help but be envious of your girlfriend to have someone devoted to her." "Well, she is a great girl. I need to go my girl should be calling soon." "Ok, well maybe we will see each other again." "yeah, maybe."

I walk away and head to my dorm room. I figured I would call the rents and get home as soon as possible to fix what Martina messed up. There was no way I was willing to lose my mate especially since it is Shelly. I have been in love with her forever and when I was told about being a werewolf and having a mate I was devastated thinking I would not be able to have Shelly. I was even worse off when I was told Shelly was a werewolf as well and she would find her mate when I voiced, I only wanted Shelly. See I was told that my mate could reject me. I smiled asked can I reject my mate. Of course, they asked me why I would? That is when I told them I wanted Shelly that I was in love with her. So, they told me about her being a wolf and having her own mate. I was devastated because I knew she wouldn't reject her mate she is too nice and loyal.

Imagine my surprise the first time I saw Shelly after I shifted, and my wolf 'Yoda' was yelling "Mate...Mate...Mate." Well technically I didn't see her I was overwhelmed with this intoxicating scent of chocolate cheesecake, steak, and potatoes. Yeah Yeah, I know gross but hey that is my fave meal.

Me: What?

Yoda: Mates here find Mate.

Me: OK, but I don't want her I want Shelly.

Yoda: No I want mate.

Me: Fine, but only because once Shelly shifts she will find her own mate.

Yoda growls at me and I couldn't help but hope. See dad told me that even if I hadn't seen my mate even the mention of her name will make my wolf protective of her. As I walked around the house I was hoping that the new voice I was hearing by the pool was not my mate. I was hoping and praying that the angelic voice I have been in love with for so long was my mate. I could hear Shelly, Lee and an unknown person by the pool.

Unknown: Elle are you sure you will be fine if we leave.

Shelly: Yeah, you two go have fun. My twin has not been out on a date since that skank Rachel screwed John at Warren's party at the end of last year.

Unknown: Yeah, what a skank.

Shelly: Yeah, I loved how she sat there saying well I was horny, and Lee said he wouldn't sleep with me at the party, so I went for it besides John is hot. I still can't believe Brenda she thought she would keep him. Then to tell me if she couldn't have Lee, she would try Noah.

I heard Yoda growl at that part. As if I would sleep with my little brother's girlfriend or ex for that matter.

Brenda: I just don't want to leave you here alone.

I heard my Shelly giggle.

Lee: Don't worry about Elle, babe my big bro will be home soon and then they will be all gross and I so don't want to be here for when he decides to ram his tongue down her throat. Bye Twin love you
