57 CHANGE OF PLANS

Once we got back from our trip to Texas I emersed myself into my classes.  I couldn't believe that in a few months Shelly and I would be attending Harvard.  I had to shake my head a couple of times to get back to work.  What no one knew was that I didn't have much more left before I finished all my assignments for the semester.  Actually, I was working on the last one right now.  They had asked me to build a database that would help out small business and for the final see if I can get a business to put it into use.  Of course, I decided to build a database for the rents business.  It was built to keep track of individuals that went through the law office my parents ran.  It would keep track of the client's names, their law suite and whether or not it was a win.  It would also tell us where to locate the file and the attorneys that worked on them.  After finishing the program and putting it to use at the office I noticed it could work for the pack as well.  I spoke to Max and he readily agreed.  I changed the algorithm and we were able to keep track of all our pack members and whether or not they were still with us and if not why they left.  It also kept track of mated pairs and their offspring.  We could also keep track of infractions and punishments so would be able to keep better track of repeat offenders.

When Max saw what I had done and the fact all he had to do was scan the information into the program and it would pull all pertinent information and filed it away.  Of course, the first person he looks up is himself.

Max smiled at me "good job son.  What do I need to do to let your prof know that this worked."  "Just send him a letter telling him how much it has helped you."  "OK son."  I walked out of Max's office and headed to my room to e-mail the original program to him.  I also sent the program I designed for Max with different input categories explaining how it can be used for different logistical information.  After sending it all to him I sat back and smiled knowing I was done for the semester.  My Rhetoric and comp professor had us do a research paper for our final grade and I had submitted that earlier in the day.  I took my Algebra two final the day before as well as my physical science final.  As for my speech class, I gave that final this morning over Skype to a group of professors.  Now all I have to do is wait for the grades well except the speech class that one I received an A.

I soon heard Shelly downstairs "look just sit-in there at the kitchen table and I will be right back."  "Come on gorgeous why can't we study in your room."  I feel Yoda start to pace in my head "look I already told you I am engaged and out of respect for my fiancee I will not allow you in my room, besides if I had my way Lee would be my partner and not you."  "Yeah, well luckily for me the teach thought you and Lee rely on each other too much.  Now come on when are you two even getting married?"  "Next summer."  "Why wait?"  "We want to wait until after my freshman year at college."  "Yeah, because he wants to continue to have fun with other girls. You think he is staying faithful to you."  I hear her laugh "what makes you think he is cheating on me?"  "Hello, he is away at college.  I heard he attends Harvard.  Do you really think he will not flirt with other girls."  I smirk as I hear her say "well, to be honest, he is not in Boston right now he is finishing his classes this semester via the internet due to a family emergency.  I am willing to bet he is upstairs right now."  I hear a chair move and soon hear something hit the wall "look just one little kiss he will never know."  "Get the fuck off me now."  "Nope, not till you give me a kiss.  I have never kissed someone engaged."
