chapter 13

JUGHEAD POV
I thought for sure he would slice  her throat.
But he STABBED her in the  thigh.
Thank God it wasn't  the stomach.
Hal left and I rushed over to her.
Gathered her in my arms, and cried.
Betty was out cold. Due to the stress, intensity,  shock.
My dad checked her pulse.
Then the wound. He stabbed  her extremely deep.
Jughead: Will she make it!?
FP: I'm sure she will.  We have to get her to the hospital.
Jughead: dad, what all do you know?!
Fp: I'll explain later.
*at the hospital*
FP: WE NEED A DOCTOR.
 Within the blink of an eye. A doctor rushed to us, and rushed Betty to the room.
Doctor: Parents again...and who are y'all ?
Fp: I'm her boyfriend's  dad. And how did you know.
Jughead: This isn't the only time she has been here over her parents has it?
Doctor: No.
I looked over at betty.
Fp: There is however something you should know.
Doctor: Okay?
Fp: She's  pregnant.
Doctor: Okay how far along?
Jughead: We don't know. We just found out. Like a few minutes ago.
Doctor: Okay. Well we will get an ultrasound done, and give you the results. Who is the father?
I looked at my dad confused.
Jughead: We don't known that either. Is it something you could figure out?
Doctor: Yes. We can.
Fp: Thank you. When will she be out of surgery?
Doctor: A few hours  maybe.
Jughead: Okay. Thank you.
We sat in the waiting room waiting for betty to get out of surgery.
Fp: Why was he there?
Jughead: I guess he never left. All I know is that betty didn't  eat. She hasn't eaten anything the whole time we were there. I'm honestly to scared to ask her.
Fp: Well, I understand that, but Jug. What happened the night y'all went there?
Jughead:We dont know. We was hopping you can tell us.
Fp: let's wait till Betty is better okay?
Jughead: Okay.
We say there in silence  for a few hours. Worried about Betty.
Fp: What did he mean, the doctor already somehow knew it was about her parents.
Jughead: Betty was hospitalized  ten times in the last two weeks alone. All time she was unconscious.
Fp: And you know this how?
Jughead: I looked at her file, she seemed so familiar to me and I couldn't place how. What i hate most about this, is that, I scared her.
Fp: You can't beat yourself up for that. She's had a rough life, she is going to get scared easily and about the eating thing, I would ask her.
Jughead: I'm to scared to, dad.
Fp: I know.
Doctor: Elizabeth Cooper.
Both: Yes.
Doctor: She's out of surgery and Mr. Jones. Congratulations you are the father. She is about 3 weeks pregnant.
Jughead: When can we see her?
Doctor: When she wakes up. It should be a few hours.
Fp: Thanks.
Jughead: I'm  the father?
Fp: Yea. You are, and you'll  be a great one.
Jughead: I hope.
*3 hours later*
Doctor: Oh, seems like she's  ready to see you.
I rushed back to her room.
And looked at Betty. She smiled and looked down. She had a confused look on her face.
Jughead: let me guess, what happened?
Betty: I know what happened.
BETTY POV
After my dad stabbed me, I went out. Went into surgery, and now I'm here.
Betty: Are we going to have to go back to the sister's
Fp: That's what we need to talk about?
Jughead: What do you mean?
FP: Well I was thinking y'all may consider living with me.
Jughead: Both of us?
Fp: Duh?!
