BETTY POV
We went to the white wyrm, and talked to the other serpents.
Betty: Hey FP, what is the initiation, in order to become a serpent?
FP: Well, for males it would be, walking down a isle basically, and getting beat up by the other serpents, but you can't hit them back. For females, they have to basically do a pole dance, in front of everyone.
Betty: So that's why you said we don't have to do the initiation.
Fp: Yea.
Jughead: I mean that makes since.
Fp walked up to the stage, and told everyone to be quiet.
Fp: Ladies and gentlemen. We have a few announcements.
He motioned for me and Jughead to come to the stage. We walked up there slowly, and waited for him to speak again.
Fp: These, two, my son Jughead Jones, and his girlfriend Betty Cooper. Are joining the serpents.
Sweet pea: When is the initiation.
Fp: That's the thing, there will be no initiation for them. Under the circumstances. They both have already proved themselves worthy of becoming a serpent .
That's when I noticed him, in the middle of the crowd eyes locked on me. I grabbed Jughead' s hand, and took a step back.
Jughead: Betty, what's wrong?
Betty: My dad's here.
JUGHEAD POV
I looked around for her dad, until I finally found him. I walked over to my dad to tell him
Jughead: Dad, he's here.
Fp, scaned the crowd.
Fp: what, why.
Betty: He must have heard about the initiation.
Fp: Well your not doing it. So there is no reason for him to be here. Jug go to sweet pea and fangs, to get him out of here.
Betty: Thank you Mr. Jones.
Hal must have noticed we were talking about him.
Jughead: I have an idea. He isn't going to do anything in front of everyone. There is an apartment upstairs right?
FP: yea.
Jughead: So betty, I need you to go upstairs and shut the door. Pretend to be doing something. A few moments later. He should walk in. Yell my name. It's a crazy plan, but it's the only way.
Betty: Okay.
Fp: Let's put this plan into action.
A few minutes later.
Betty leaned closer to me, and whispered in my ear " I'm gonna go upstairs for a little."
Jughead: Okay.
BETTY POV
The plan was crazy, but I was tired of them always finding me.
I slowly walked off the stage, then up the stairs and glanced back at Jughead. He nodded. Once I was all the way upstairs, I shut the door.
JUGHEAD POV
Betty went up stairs and soon her father, walked over to the counter and got a drink of achol. Then waited a few minutes for the music to start up again. Everyone started dancing and talking.
I pretended to talk to my dad.
Till I saw Hal walk up stairs.
My dad nodded and we walked of the stage.
BETTY POV
I heard music from downstairs, I pretended to do dishes, since I was supposed to be doing something. That's when I heard the door bust open and slam shut.
Hal: Hello beautiful.
Betty:Dad, what are you doing here?
Hal: I heard about the initiation. You really think I would miss it.
Betty: That's what I hoped.
Hal: than you clearly don't know me.
Betty: No dad, that's where your wrong.
My dad walked closer I tried to step back but couldn't.
Betty: Stay where you are.
