"Are you sure you're alright, Midoriya?" Asked a worried Shoto. He had been closely watching his friend ever since they got out of their dorm. He knew very well how his friend always pushes himself to the very edge.

"Todoroki-kun... I told you, I'm fine."

"But, Midoriya—"

"Icy-hot, shut up!" Yelled an angry blonde Pomeranian by the name of Katsuki Bakugo, "You've been asking the nerd that for a hundred times already!"

Katsuki then turned his head to face the young greenhead, "So, Deku. Are you really fucking fine?! Or are you going to keep pretending you are?"

Izuku was nothing short of frightened. Dropping a sweat, he replied, "I'm fine, Kacchan..."

Everyone was casually watching that event unfold. Some were not exactly that close to Izuku, so they don't have the audacity to approach him despite their concerns. Others believed that Izuku should handle the issue through his own initiative as the only option.

Ochako then walked towards him, "Deku, did... did you sleep?"

You could easily notice the eyebags that fell from his dark green eyes. Now that they saw it clearly, he could feel the gaze of his classmates.

Izuku tried to lower his curls down his forehead, hoping to hide his sleepless eyes. Inevitably, he failed to hide those restless eyes of his.

"You said you were with Recovery Girl yesterday, didn't you?" She recalled how her friend entered the dorm so late after class, "Then, you ate nothing... for an entire day. No, more than a day! And now you didn't sleep?"

"Uraraka-san, it's... I'm fine, okay? I'm just not in the mood lately..." The green-haired boy trailed off, his hands were shivering.

"Look at you, you're shaking!" Ochako bit her lip. There was no way Izuku would ever try to ask for help. She despised it. She genuinely despised that aspect of him.

Shoto intervened, "Uraraka, Midoriya's—"

"I'm talking to Midoriya. I'm sorry, Todoroki-kun," She said as she held Izuku's hands, "I don't know what's going on with you right now, but you can't just continue to build up your pain. Soon, it'll just grow overwhelming, to the point that it feels so empty. Deku, please. Just stop acting like everything's alright."

Izuku just averted his gaze. He knew that if he said 'I'm fine' one more time, they'll never believe it. No, even if he does or doesn't, they know that he's never alright. They know that something's wrong with him. And it's so hard for him to hide that.
