Xici woke up to be in an unfamiliar place till she remembered she is in the hospital. She then whined as she wanted to go ahead and see the boys. She rose up just to then plop down on her bed.
"This is weird, can't I just go?" She mumbled to herself. She then made a sinister grin. Luckily, she had her phone so she took her phone and called up someone in particular.
"Yeah hm whats up." Jhenny, her former mafia member. Yep she called her up.
"Aye Jhenny, I wanna go somewhere can you take my spot for me in my hospital."
"Yeah of course, tell the doctors you dont want any visitors and any doctors or nurses hm?"
"Okay I will. Coming through the window?"
"Yeah which room are you."
"B185."
"Yeah that's good, leave your window unlocked. See you babe."
"See you boo." She ended the call and got up to open her window. She then pressed the button for her nurse to come.
"Yes?"
"Can I have nobody, like not even the nurses coming into my room. I need some time to calm myself."
"Oh! In that case, of course. I'll inform the others." The nurse smiled gently at her and left the room.
Xici snapped her head to the back once she heard some noise.
"Im here babe." She heard Jhenny say. She came out and quickly gave Xici a hug.
"How you doing beautiful!" Jhenny smiled wide and big. She missed Xici very much.
"Yes Im doing great, how are you and your girlfriend doing?" Xici said. Jhenny put her hand in front of her, for Xici to see a beautiful bright diamond ring.
"Guess who's getting married!" They both jumped and giggled. Xici didn't jump. In fear of injuring herself.
"She proposed to you?" Xici said.
"Yeah duh!" Jhenny smiled wide.
"Okay why don't after this, we talk later. We gotta get you to that place." Jhenny said.
"Ah yes right. Okay lets go in the restroom to change."
A while later, they came out in their different outfits.
"Okay now be careful out there. Got this?" Jhenny said.
"Of course, I still got that mafia blood in me." Jhenny smiled at her response.
"Well then babe, go on!" She gave her a thumbs up and Xici quickly went to action.
She quickly climb down, ignoring the consequences if she fell. She was able to reach down safely. She than ran short steps, trying to remember her way to the hospital. She kept her head low but she went fast. She took the short cuts she knew of and made sure nobody got in her way. She was out of breath once she made it into the mental hospital. She looked down, making sure Jhenny's shirt were covering her bandaged waist. Once she checked, she went along inside.
"Hello, Im here to see NCT. Im apart of that detective team." She showed them her ID and they quickly let her inside. Suprisingly, she came earlier than the girls.
"They are in this room ma'am." The nurse bowed and head back to the counter. She heard laughing and happiness.
"I wonder if they got their talks. I like this sound." She muttered under her breath.
"3.2.1" she opened the door slowly, the voices went down to a mumur to no sound at all, all focus on the door.
She peeked her head out.
"Peekaboo, I miss you." She revealed her whole body and closed the door behind her. Everyone cheered and got out of their spots and went to hug Xici. She hid the pain she felt on her waist. Taeyong though kinda stood back and Jeno waited so he could just talk to her only.
She saw, the colorful wallpaper, the cute colorings and instruments. The mental hospital gave them the things made them happy.
"How is your leg?" Jungwoo asked her.
"Ah oppa its doing fine. Im suprised you guys hugged me. Not angry at me?" She asked.
"No, of course not." Jaemin said.
"Taeyong?" All attention averted to the awkward guy.
"Aye lets go to the other room. Give Taeyong hyung and Xici time." Mark said.
"Cmon Jeno, you slow ass. You'll get time with her soon." Renjun said as he slapped Jeno.
They closed the door and the room was all silent. Just an awkward roar. Xici coughed.
"Hi Oppa, is this mental hospital doing you well?" She said to him with a smile.
"Yes, Im surprise they took care of their patients like this."
"Right, thats why I choose this hospital because I knew they could make you happy at least." Taeyong then sighed.
"Xici, Im unbelievably sorry and I feel greatly guilty." Xici then stood up, which made her shirt rise up a bit revealing her bloody bandages. Taeyong felt even more guilty, he felt that lump in his heart.
"Yah Oppa, I know you feel sorry. I know how you are. You were angry, and I betrayed you."
"But I shouldve never shot you, I misunderstood you. Im really sorry." Xici took his hand so he could stand up. He did and Xici gave him a big hug.
"You could've stabbed me and I would've still forgave you. Your happiness means the most to me. Its okay, I forgived you right when you shot me. You are none to blame." Taeyong looked up and whined.
"This is stupid I don't wanna cry." Xici giggled and hugged Taeyong once more.
"Its okay, cry. I know you've been broken for a long time." Taeyong broke into tears, it was silent but it was warm and comforting. How the sadness could be replaced by love.
"Do you want your time with Jeno." Taeyong suddenly askd, still laying on her shoulder.
Xici froze and redden up.
"What? Huh? Hmm I dont- wha?" Taeyong then giggled.
"Im going with the others, pulling Jeno. Oh you don't know how much he wanted to punch me for shooting you." Xici laughed.
"Does he miss me?" Taeyong then exaggerated his expression.
"Oh honey...hE cOulD nOt sTop taLKing aBout You!! How is Xici doing? Is she okay? Did she survive? I miss her? I want her hugs. I wanna hear her voice again." Xici couldn't help but fall even more deeper with Jeno.
"So Imma go and get him byee." She waved at him and she started taking deep breathes. She turned around and started shaking.
"Hi Jeno! No thats so basic!" She facepalmed herself. Little did she know, Jeno heard and watch the whole thing happen.
"Aye Jeno! Ew thats cringy."
"Hey baby~ we're not even together!!!"
"Ayo my bro! Okay thats stupid." She turned around.
"aAHhaha." She fell to the ground, hand on her heart.
"Ah! No jam dont scare me like that!" Jeno laughed and she was so glad to see his eye smile.
She stood up and he walked closer to her.
"Hi Xici." He looked deeply in her eyes.
"Hi..no jam." Her breath was taken away by his beauty.
"I miss you." He said in his low husky voice.
"Oh how I feel the same." Xici said.
He looked down at her hand and he took her hand in his.
"I really love you." Jeno said under his breath.
"Hehe I love you too." Jeno's eyes widened.
"Say that again." Jeno couldn't believe it.
"Lee Jeno, no jam, I love you." Jeno smiled and he went closer to her face.
"I love you too." Then his lips gently collided with hers and she fell deep into his embrace.
