Chapter 40

Rocky's pov

Me and Lauren were asleep when Ryder started screaming. I looked at the clock, 2:47 am. Great.

I got up an walked to the nuts te with Lauren close behind me.

"Aww baby don't cry mommys here" Lauren said.

She sat in the rocking chair and he wouldn't stop crying.

"Let me try" I said. She handed him to me.

"Please stop crying" I whined.

That made him cry louder.

"Maybe he's wet?" Lauren suggested.

"Nah uh. Hungry?" I asked.

"I can go fox a bottle" she said and we went to the kitchen.

While she fixed the bottle I began rubbing his stomach and he stopped crying.

"Look at that our baby came with an on/ off switch" I laughed.

"Well that'll come in handy" Lauren smiled. She took him from me and fed him once he was asleep we set him in his crib and went back to bed.

Around 10:00 am we woke up and got ready for our day. We were going to see a church for our wedding then picking Ellington up from the airport.

"Ready babe?" Lauren asked me.

"Yea"

Lauren's parents came back to the house to stay with Ryder and Luke and Elizabeth was coming with us.

We pulled up to the church "it's huge" Elizabeth said.

"Woah" Lauren mumbled.

We got out and met the pastor tht was showing us around.

"Congratulations rocky and Lauren I'm rev. Lee"

"Nice to meet you this is my cousin Elizabeth" Lauren smiled.

"Ahh I'm guessing you'll be in the wedding" he said.

"Yes I will" she smiled.

Once he showed us the whole church the wedding planner came to talk to us

" so what do you think" she asked.

"It's perfect" Lauren smiled squeezing me hand.

"Great so who all will be in the wedding?" She asked.

"Um the groomsmen are my dad, my best friend, Ratliff, and my three brothers" I said.

"And the bridesmaids will be my sister-n-law, Rocky's sister, rydel, Elizabeth, her sister who is flying in in a couple of days, Emily, and I'm not sure who my made of honor will be" Lauren said.

" ok we'll be thinking about it" the planner smiled "what color theme"

"Green" me and Lauren yelled together

"Okay" she laughed.

"Wht about flower girls and a ring bearer?" She asked.

"What about beauty and baur-" Lauren started but I cut he off

"No little kids in the wedding" I said.

"Why" Lauren whined.

"Just no kids" I shrugged.

"Ok fine" she said mysteriously

"Well that's all you just need to pick out a dress" the planner said to Lauren

"That'll be fun" Lauren giggled.
