Just as quick as Aaron's mood went from sad at the single sight of Takashi he was happy again. Just as Aaron ran down the hallways in the school, looking for his dearest friend who was already on his way up to the music room, Aaron spotted him, surrounded by a few girls.

"Takashi!!" He yelled out with pure joy and innocent happiness in his voice as he ran toward the tall boy, who turned and set Honey down on the ground before opening his arms for Aaron. The girls huffed and stepped tot he side for the running Aaron, who jumped up and tackled Takashi into a hug around the neck. "Finally... Found you..." He panted out, hugging Takashi, who hugged him back tightly. Honey beamed and smiled at the two before running off to the host club.

"How long have you been looking for me... Aaron..?" Takashi's voice was soft as he spoke to him, Aaron let a breath out before thinking.

"About... An hour... I got kinda... Lost... In the maze outside... and I couldn't find you..." He whispered, slowly wiggling out of his arms and taking hold of his hand like normal before starting to walk. The girls that liked Takashi stared in awe before one had the courage enough to run up and take his other hand.

"Mori-senpai!" Aaron looked down at the ground, he had thought he was the only one that held Takashi's hand. Oh, how dense he thought he was. Takashi pulled his hand from the girls and continued walking, squeezing Aaron's gently. Aaron looked up and smiled slightly, sadness washing through his eyes as he continued walking. Takashi had a strange need to tell him it was okay, that he was the only one for him. That it wouldn't happen again, and his hand was the only one he's ever going to hold. As they neared the host club room Takashi pulled him off to the side and held both his hands, taking a deep breath. He slid down onto his knees as he spoke.

"Your hand is the only one I want to hold Aaron... It won't happen again... I promise..." Aaron's lips parted, he was happy to hear those words, so so happy. His soft, sweet, cute smile took over his lips as he nodded, smiling at him.

"Okay... Thank you, Takashi..." He breathed out with a smile before wrapping his thin arms around Takashi's neck gently, leaning down and brushing his lips on Takashi's temple before brushing it off as an accident and just hugging him. Takashi smiled slightly and hugged back before standing, lifting him up as he did. He started walking into the room, holding Aaron in his arms as he walked. Everyone looked over and smiled.

"Hi Senpais," Haruhi said with a small wave, Aaron waved back to her, followed by Takashi waving slightly. Everyone in the club had taken notice tot he growing feelings between Aaron and Takashi, they had given their full support silently. Aaron's hair fell into his face gently as he grinned, talking with Takashi quietly as he sat next to him on the couch. Tamaki and Kyoya talked about cosplay ideas before looking over at Aaron and Takashi.

"Aaron?" Kyoya asked softly, said boy looked over with a questioning look. "What kind of cosplay would you like to do?" Aaron thought, head tilting slightly.

"Hmm... Maybe... Like... A tropical one..?" He asked with a smile, Tamaki smiled and nodded. Kyoya started making calls and such to collect the clothes. Aaron smiled, happy he was useful for once, he stretched and yawned softly before leaning back and sighing softly.

When the little planning session ended everyone collected their things and headed for the door, Aaron stayed back telling everyone to go ahead, he had left something in the library. Aa small white lie that they believed and left, Takashi saying his goodbye last. Aaron waved as everyone left, then he slowly laid down on the couch, letting his emotions go as he sighed, tears slowly trickling down his face as he took slow, deep breaths. He was happy, yet so sad at the same time.

Happy to have Takashi by his side.

Yet sad to not be able to tell him how he felt.

He wished there was some form of a scent that told each other if they liked each other.

Yet there wasn't anything to tell Aaron if Takashi felt the same way, deep down his mind was saying to give up, to move on, and that maybe giving up on Takashi was possibly the best option. Forcing the feelings away to the back of his mind. Telling himself they aren't real. That it isn't normal. That it's not there.

And simply giving up wouldn't be hard. Wouldn't hurt at all. It was a feeling that would go away over time. And that isn't true. It hasn't gone away. It hasn't stopped, it hurts trying to make them go away. And Aaron didn't want to deal with it anymore, he wanted to be normal, to have a normal life, to be happy and smile.

The only time he is happy and smiling is when he's around Takashi, Takashi makes him feel whole. He gives him a nice feeling in his chest, his heart picks up the beat and he is so. So happy. That happiness that Takashi didn't know about is what kept Aaron going. Yet still, he felt so comfortable when he was in Takashi's arms.

Comfortable...

Comfortable holding his hand...

Comfortable being in his arms...

Comfortable smiling at him and laughing with him...

So comfy being with him.

Yet he couldn't gather enough courage to tell him.

Telling him...

Telling him would pull so much stress off his shoulders.

Stress...

The stress of school.

Stress from his feelings.

Inheriting the family company when he turned twenty in just three years.

Three years.

So much could happen in three years.

He could tell Takashi in those three years.

He could tell him so many things in those three years.

One thousand ninety-five days.

One hundred and eight weeks.

Thirty-six months.

Three years.

A simple three years and he could tell him everything. Everything that was on his mind. Everything that was weighing on his shoulders and chest.
