Reincarnated as the Demon King's Daughter

Prologue

"Marianne, oh Marianne, look at yourself now." *chuckles* 

I didn't know what to say, after all those things she did to me. She stole all of our parents affection, also my crush. Everything was all about her! But right now I am pathetic. I hate It. It all started on summer 7 years ago.

7 Years ago:

"Marianne, let me introduce you to your new younger sister." My mother cheerfully told me.

"Be sure to be kind toward her, ok?" 

"Yes Mother, Father." 

I knew I couldn't argue with them, no matter how I hated it. After all, I was adopted too. But for a split second, I wanted to be friends with her. She looked way better than me, and I admired her pale blue eyes, and blond, wavy hair that glistened like the sun. 

I was nothing like that, I had brown, straight hair and deep brown eyes. To be honest, I was quite envious. No one would ever doubt that she wasn't adopted. 

"Sister! Marianne!" She ran towards me joyfully.

"Hmm?" I knew I had to contain my disgust.

"Lets get to know each other, you know... since we're gonna be sisters..."

I smiled slightly.

"My name is Lorelai, but since it was written in another language, my official English name is Lorela. I am 9, a year younger than you............. I wish we can get along."

---------- Back to the present ----------

"Why?" Tears I held back slowly fell from my eyes.

"Because you're an eyesore, Lorela is much better, no one trusts you anyways."

"Wh...what do you mean?"

*laughs* "You seriously think I knew nothing of the truth about the past incidents blamed on you?"

"SOPHIE!"

"Now, now, now, since you've heard your 'best friend' confess, there is no need to keep you alive anymore right?"

"H-he-hey what do you mean by that? You seriously can't be... its a very funny joke hah-" *Spits out blood*

A figure dressed in dark walked in.

"Hey there, surprise, surprise, aren't you happy to die from my hands?"

"I shall take my leave then" Sophie left like that, not bothering to even watch till the end.

"Hahahaha this is so entertaining!" Lorela had a very creepy smile on.

"WHY? WHY? *cough* even you t-too."

They stared blankly at me while I was screaming inside. 

*Sob sob* Before I died, I took everything I had left and screamed to them with a husky voice. "I WILL KILL YOU!"

"Hahaha in your next life!" Lorela replied, yet he said nothing and stood there like watching a livestock getting slaughtered.
