"Now, back to training!"

"Its the Hero!" Someone yelled.

I clenched my teeth. The past cannot be changed. Speaking of the past, how were mere magicians able to summon people from a parallel universe? Each universe has a handful of corresponding Gods. Without their help it should be impossible.

Who was it?

"Soldier Number 321, Solaris....."

"Oh, sorry I am not feeling well today. Can we postpone the training to tomorrow?"

"You won't get away with it next time."

"Thank you, your Honorable Hero."

A week after:

"Listen, today is the day! We shall bring victory back to the Human Race. We will avenge the citizens who got their blood split. The Gods are on our side!"

I wanted to mock his foolish speech. I had one chance, I needed to kill them before they succeed in infiltrating the Demon Realm. I was glad I got assigned as a rear guard. This makes the process of sneaking away easier and more convenient.

"Oh brave soldiers, you needn't worry. The Priestess and I shall heal you. We won't abandon any innocent souls." Lorela sorrowfully said

Lies. All lies.

We reached the barrier between the 2 worlds, it was the sea. The water magicians began chanting to open a pathway like Moses did (Exodus). Blaise, Lorela and Sophie stood behind the army, it was funny. What did they say before? We? Keep you save and heal? Excuses.

Never mind that, I need to first find a way to kill Blaise first, then Sophie and Lorela. Save the best to last huh?

At night:

"The appointed soldiers on duty shall be on night watch duty. Some of you come with me to find some water sources."

I smiled, this was a chance! "I volunteer as tribute! *insert hunger game vibes*"

"Me too!"

"I also volunteer."

"Anyone else?" Blaise asked

"No? That's fine, 3 is enough."

I never expected things will go so smoothly. We followed Blaise deep into the forest. It was the Forest of Entanglement. In fact, I am very familiar with this place. It was a B-Level flying test location. I only went to speculate it.

"Is that water?" One of the soldiers asked.

"Let me check." Blaise foolishly walked toward it.

I began forming my bow and arrow with Holy Magic. I closed my eyes, sensed my surroundings and fired the arrow at all 3 of them.

"Y-you! Demon spy!" Blaise shrieked in pain.

"Arrow! Its a light arrow!" A soldier gasped.

"You are th-" Another soldier died before he could finish his last words.

"Why? W-we aren *cough*-"

"Yeah, sorry bout that. I just have personal grudges against Blaise to settle. Sadly, you are in the way. Run away if you want to survive."

Its not like they will survive the next 10 minutes, they don't know how large this forest is.

"What do y-you mean by personal grudges?"

"Blaise, I sometimes wonder if you have some mental problems."

"Who are you?"

"The victim of a murder case done by your girlfriend."

"No... It can't be..... Marianne?" Blaise smiled regretfully.

"Bingo! You aren't correct nor wrong tho."
