Lucifer X Me Fanfic

Seriously.

I was sitting on my bed. It was morning and I hadn't seen Lucifer in two days.

I closed my eyes. I needed to think. He knew something was wrong, but I was persistent in stopping him from knowing.

I heard a noise downstairs.

I grabbed my gun. And hey it's normal for me to have one I'm a police officer.

I slowly approached my door.
I took a breathe in. I opened it.
Nothing.

I slowly went downstairs.

"Hello there."

"AGH!"

Lucifer was standing behind me.

"Easy now. It's just me. I'm not here to rob you or anything." He smiled almost laughing.

"How did you..."

"Get in? Darling you need to upgrade your lock system. Child's play."

I rolled my eyes and put my gun on the counter.

"Well.... Wanna come in my room?"

I sat down on the bed and had a thought. It instantly saddened my expression. And the devil noticed.

"So Molly."

I looked up at him trying to remove the thought from my head.

"What's wrong? I told you I'd find out sooner or later." He always seemed to smile after every sentence, as if it were a joke.

"And I told you it was nothing."
He suddenly appeared next to me, sat down. I flinched at his sudden appearance.

"I will find out wether I force you to tell me or you tell me yourself." He smirked.

"Like I'd tell you that easily."

I laid down and he laid down next to me, facing my face.

We were looking at eachother.

"Tell me what's wrong. I won't use any tricks, not like they work on you, you freak." He smiled and almost laughed, as did I.

"Fine."

He smiled satisfactorily, as if he just won the Nobel.

"I... Caught my boyfriend cheating on me. And he slapped me and said I was "invading his privacy"."

Lucifer's eyes instantly turned angry.
I turned away, not wanting him to see my cry.

"Come on sweetheart, you're better then him."

I closed my eyes.
