Whats going on

I awoke in the morning. The sun was shining through his window and it was deathly bright.

I attempted to get up in a pretty easy because I knew he was watching but instead I managed to fall of the bed.

He burst out laughing and continued laughing whilst helping me up.

"Nice one Detective." His bright smile always made my day.

"You're too clumsy."

"I am not clumsy!! I..just fell over." I crossed my arms and closed my eyes in a stubborn way.

I could hear his stifled laugh.

Suddenly, I was swept off my feet and in his arms. He was warm and I couldn't help cuddling closer to him.

"Ooh, someone's getting all lovey." He looked down smirking.

I blushed and stopped cuddling him.

"I should probably go home and freshen up. I've also got some paper work I need doing.. I'll cya later tonight okay?"

"Okay Detective. See you then." He waved at me and I left.
