"You have to get to this and give me something, fax me something by the end of today," The editor scolded over the phone. Regina tugged the connected chord on the payphone backstage, plugging her other ear to hear him.

It wasn't difficult to hear him, given his yelling tone. "I have some things, but I'm not sure it's what you want," Regina said. "I want the scoop, if you don't give us something juicy, we can't publish it," He pressed.

Regina sighed, this group of guy musicians was not the partying womanizing group that Rolling Stone expected them to be.

Their songs clearly misled the magazine on the type of people they were.

Several more weeks had passed now and the editor was getting impatient. Regina had to come up with something to send them.

She hangs up, and presses her hand over her head in exasperation before heading to the stage where the guys were getting ready to perform once again.

"Hey, everything okay?" Killian asks toying around with his guitar strings. "Yeah, everything is ... fine..." Regina forces a bit.

Killian can somewhat read that something is off.

Before he heads to her to get more details, David prances onto the stage, "We're having a baby!" He announces joyously.

"What?" Graham asked. "Mary Margaret and I," he beams. "Wow!" Neal jumps over and crosses the stage taking David into a tight grasp.

Killian gives him a warm hug, and smiles at him as David shakes his head in happy disbelief. "Congratulations," Regina smiled. "Thanks, I can't believe I'm going to be a father," David smiles.

Killian smiles proudly of his long time friend and wraps his arm around Regina.

She sighs and feels him connect to her physically, and her nerves about the article fill her mind and body in a tension.

As he grasps her hand, he steps and leads her off stage with him.

"What's wrong?" He asks, pressing his hand against the wall next to and above her head, as she leans back to the wall.

"Nothing," She fibs to him. He picks up on it, and tilts his head. "It's my mother," She is able to make up a cover, but it is believable.

"What about her?" He asks. "She just is growing worried and impatient that I'm not home yet," She said.

"Mmm well we're driving through, maybe we should stop by," He suggests. "What?" Regina gapes at him. "Wow is your mum that bad?" He asked.

"You have no idea," Regina shook her head.

"I'm willing to risk it," He smirks. "She's really protective, and doesn't like musicians," Regina said. "Yeah I'm aware of that much, given what you've said, but I'm pretty suave sometimes. I usually got along better with my exes parents than them," He said.

"Really?" Regina quirked. "Yep," he grinned.

"Don't worry about it," He clutches her hand and leads her back to the stage.

Regina's POV

Great, well now I'm lying to him. Well I mean my mother is like that, so that's not a lie, but of course that's not the problem at all. And now I just set this up for him to meet my mother? Wow stupid move Regina.

Regina tried to hide her clear worry about now multiple things from Killian. He performed and by the time they all got on the bus, Regina sat down and was attempting to write something for the editor.

They would stop at a place nearby to fax something to him.

Considering he only wanted to see a little bit of what she was intending to write in the article, she figured if she set up the article to appear somewhat hollywood and dramatic, that it would at least please him.

Regina wrote a very juicy page to send the editor of Rolling Stone, with the intention of taking the article in a completely direction when she would submit the work in it's entirety later.

Tucking inside to the 24 hour business center, she placed it on the fax machine and waited for it to go through.

Picking up the payphone outside, as the guys watched from outside the bus, she called the editor.

"Ah This is brilliant so far, glad you put yourself on the right path there Regina, I look forward to the rest in two weeks," the editor praised. Regina sighed and hung up the phone heading back to the bus.

The guys, Killian more so, greeted her with a smile. Before she stepped onto the bus though, a draft pushed the paper out of her hand.

Killian being taller nabbed it, and pulled it down. Catching a few words, his brows furrow and his face changes.

Regina's POV

SHIT

He lifts his eyes, "What the fuck is this?" he snaps curtly. Regina sighs. "What?" Neal leans over his shoulder to read what he's holding.

"Yet to develop their own place and identity the group isn't ready for the spotlight?" Killian reads with a snarky disapproving tone.

"I can explain that," Regina defended. "Yeah? How far are we from your mother?" he asks roughly. "Umm five minutes or so," Regina sulked.

"Let's go," he huffs onto the bus and the guys look at her with the same worry that she has on her own face.

Killian paces on the tiny area on the bus, and looks at her as they all board the door to the bus closes.

It begins to move and Killian's anger shows. He crosses his arms and glares, "So you really are going hollywood with this?" He scoffs.

"No.." She shakes her head quickly.

"And here I trusted you," He snaps. "Killian..." Neal starts. "Shut up!" He yells at him. David and Graham sit down.

"It's not what you think, it's not even the full article," Regina attempted to explain, but Killian's temper just grew.

"Well it's a GREAT start!" Killian mocked angrily.

"Since you already have what you need for this, maybe you should just stay home now," Killian said. "What?" Regina whimpered.

"Killian...." Neal starts again. "What? She wants to give Rolling Stone a juicy bunch of bullshit to make us into something, and that's supposed to be successful?" He snaps.

"If she gets us in Rolling Stone, does it matter how?" Graham asks. "Yes it matters how! I'm not gonna be made out to be some head case mess by her, as if it's going to get us noticed!" Killian argues.

"That's not what it was going to be," Regina feigns. "Well sadly I don't believe you anymore, you sent that to an editor," Killian said. "Because he wouldn't publish anything unless I gave him some dirt, that part he got isn't going to be published without the rest!" Regina grew upset now.

Killian dismisses her, and shakes his head. "We're where you wanted me to stop," the driver announces.

"Go home Regina," Killian said. "Wha--," her eyes fill with tears looking at him.

"GO HOME," he scolds and marches to the back of the bus behind the curtain.

The group of guys sigh as Regina's eyes let tears go down her cheeks, and she rushes off the bus.
