Marinette's POV:
Chat's inspiring speech encouraged me to go and face Adrien. I walked over to the Agreste mansion and rang the doorbell and this time the gate just opened all by itself. No camera, no voice, nothing. I walked in to see Gabriel Agreste with a...

"Good evening Mr Agreste." I whispered as I looked down at my feet shyly.
"Good Evening Madmoiselle Dupain-Cheng," He chuckled before continuing.
"Well, to what do we owe this pleasurable visit?"
"To you and Adrien, sir." I gulped.
"So you have a soft spot for my son?"
"What?! No! Well no offence but he's just a friend. I already have a boyfriend sir, I'm really sorry." I sighed.
"Such a shame, you would've been perfect for my son, but that doesn't mean that I can't have a strong-willed, stubborn and talented young woman in my house everyday. You have taught me to be a good father and I'm really lucky to have you as my closest apprentice if you would accept my token of gratitude. I would also like to apologise for being such a negative Parisian citizen." My mouth gaped open after hearing those words from The Gabriel Agreste! I was literally touched from what I had just heard.
"Marinette, you have amazing qualities that I would describe as flawless and the fact that you're a bit shy is kind of funny! You kind of remind me of her, your humour, your talent, your smartness, it reminds me of Emilie, you seem just like her, and I thank you for that."
"Mr Agreste? I wanna ask you a question if you don't mind."
"Ask away Marinette," He chuckled lightly.
"Why did you treat Adrien so harshly?"
"I was so depressed that Emilie had disappeared so I shut him out. Anymore questions?"
"Thank you so much Mr Agreste, so are we good?"
"We're great!"
"Well I better go, thank you again Mr Agreste. Good night."
"Good night Madmoiselle Dupain-Cheng."
"Oh, one more thing, I would gladly accept your token of gratitude after I complete my education with Adrien. If you don't mind."
"Not at all. Thank you!"

A bit weird that he's suddenly so nice right? Well I gotta run C ya ma lovelies. - CN
