Adrien's POV:

We went inside and I dried her off with a warm fluffy towel. I gave her one of my smallest hoodies but it was huge and it made Marinette's petite body look fragile and cute.

I hugged her and kissed her warm cheeks. She was so tired and cute, I was laughing my head off.
"You really should sleep Mari, we have school tomorrow okay?"
"I don't wanna count sheep with Mary and it's not cool for a bay!" She mumbled. Ha ha she didn't hear a word I said. I cuddled her in my bed and we fell asleep.

Mari's POV:

I woke up, cradled in Adrien's arms. He's such a cutie. I can't stop loving him even if I wanted to. I turned around and nuzzled my head into his chest whilst inhaling his musky cologne. He looked so handsome with his bedhair. The sun shone directly on his golden locks making them glow even more, if that was even possible. I suddenly remembered that we had school today. I kissed his cheek softly and he started to stir. I kissed him again and this time his eyes fluttered open he smiled and closed his eyes again. I was going to wake him up again but his hand snaked around my waist and pulled me down onto him. Ahh, I love his bear hugs,
"Good morning sleeping beauty," He whispered in my ear huskily.
"Good morning hot stuff," I whispered back with a smirk plastered on my face as he blushed.
"C'mon get up we have school today," I said trying to get up.
He groaned and pulled me back down on him.
"Can we not stay home just this once?" He pleaded.
"Sorry Minou, we don't have a choice. C'mon, I'll give you 3 kisses if you get up!" I whispered to him.
"Make it ten and it's a deal." He smirked.
"What! Ten?!"
"What? Don't you like kissing me?"
"Okay, fine it's a deal." I have never seen anyone so excited before. As soon as those words left my mouth I found him next to the bathroom door in a matter of two seconds. It was hilarious. We got dressed and headed downstairs where Gabriel was smirking proudly.
"Dad, please don't say anything," Adrien pleaded.
"Look Adrien, this is extremely important so I must talk about it."
"Umm guys what's going on here? I'm literally clueless." I asked quietly.
"Well Marinette, if you're going to do anything please use protec-" Adrien slammed is hand on his father's mouth.
"Ugh! Seriously dad can you please not embarrass me in front of my girlfriend? She's not ready to lose her pure mind yet."
I blushed a deep shade of red as I realised what they were talking about.
"We didn't do anything father, okay? Look how uncomfortable you made her." Adrien pointed to me and Gabriel shot me an apologetic look as I nodded and mouthed an 'it's okay'.
"Ok then, if you didn't do anything why was she in your hoodie and in your bed? Hmm?" Gabriel smirked.
"Ugh! Dad! Marinette was just tired and had a rough day!"
"The lies!" Gabriel answered back.
"Dad it's none of your business!"
"It is too! You're my son! I need to know these things!"
"It's okay Adrien, you can tell him."
I sighed in defeat.
"Are you sure Marinette?" He looked at me, shocked with my retreat.
"Yes Adrien," I sighed once again.
"Ooh! Tell me! Tell me! Do you want a girl or boy? Any names? How about a theme for the nursery?"
"FATHER! SERIOUSLY! HOW IMMATURE AND INCONSIDERATE CAN YOU BE?! MARINETTE JUST FOUND OUT SHE'S ADOPTED AND HER FATHER LITERALLY TOLD HER THAT HIS DAUGHTER IS HER ENEMY AT SCHOOL! SHE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT HER PARENTS WERE KILLED IN A SUICIDAL CAR ACCIDENT PLANNED BY HIS EX! AND HER FATHER ALSO SAID THE MOST HURTFUL WORDS TO HER! HE SAID SHE DESERVES TO LIVE IN AN ORPHANAGE AND THAT SHE DOESN'T DESERVE HIS LOVE! YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE SHE FOUND OUT?! SHE FOUND OUT THAT HER BOYFRIEND'S FATHER IS AN EMBARRASSMENT AND A BURDEN!"
Adrien screamed with tears running down his cheeks and his face defined pure anger. Gabriel on the other hand had looked as if he just watched a horror movie. Never had I seen a face full of such shock before.
I ran to Adrien and held him in my arms as he broke down crying. Now this looks familiar...
Yes it does, it was how we bonded together. Our support for one another helped us see how our love keeps growing.
Suddenly I just slipped out and started crying. I guess when they say that crying helps wash the pain out, they're not lying. Gabriel didn't waste a moment and ran over to me and Adrien and hugged us both very tightly. We both gasped and stopped crying, eventually we saw tears rolling down his cheeks.
"I'm so sorry!" He exclaimed.
"You really do remind me of her Marinette!"
I was frozen in shock and Adrien had stopped crying and smiled proudly at his father's words.
I smiled back at his confession and wrapped my arms around him in return.
"It'll all be alright, Papa." I whispered in his ear gently.
They both looked up at me in shock.
"P-papa?"
"Yes, My Papa, our Papa," I said as I looked back at Adrien who nodded gently with a smile on his face. He smiled proudly back at me and hugged me tighter than before.
"I love you guys!" I sighed happily.
"We love you too Mari," They both whispered happily into my ears.
"Now off to school you two! You'll be late!" He shooed us off, as if trying to hide the contentment that moment that we shared gave him.
"Ok Papa!" I smiled again only this time I kissed his cheek goodbye. He only smiled and waved at us as we made our way to school, hand in hand...
"Oh wow it's raining," he sighed in annoyance.
"Why are you annoyed? It's the rain that united us in the first place remember?"
"Oh yeah! But that doesn't mean I like getting wet!" He pouted and I giggled.
"C'mon Minou, we face villains everyday, a bit of rain won't hurt. We'll face it together."
"Together?"
"Together." I smiled.
