The Mummy (Fanfiction)(ON HOLD) For now

Chapter 10

Addilyn woke to Rick and Evie arguing. "Me, Me, Me, I, I, I, I read the I have a mummy after me." Addilyn walked to the doorway to see Rick snitch Evie's bra from the drawer. "You heard the man no mortal weapons can kill this guy!" Evie gave him a look that said, 'I know what he said'. "Then we have to find some immortal ones." Rick sees Addilyn and walks over to her. "There goes that we stuff again but no thanks, you paid me to bring you out and back and that's what I did." Rick slams the door. "You're going to help me right Addilyn?" Addilyn nods and walks over to her suitcase.

Addilyn finishes putting her things away and walks down to the bar, she knows Rick will be there. "Rick, I know that's you." Rick swirls around, sees Addilyn and swirls back around. Rick waves for another drink and the he takes a drink but then everyone spit out. Addilyn eyes widen but then she sees the fountain turn to blood. "And the rivers and waters of Egypt went red and were as blood." Jonathan said from behind Rick. Rick runs out the door soon followed by Addilyn and Jonathan.

 "Aunt Evie! Aunt Evie!" Evelyn turns around to see the trio running up to her just as hail and fire start to come down. "Evelyn, we have a small problem." She nods and they run to the room Burns was in. They see Burns all dried and mummified and the mummy standing next to the fireplace getting his skin back. He sees them and starts walking towards them, the men start shooting and get themselves thrown into a doorway. Evie and Addilyn race to the side wall. The mummy sees them and walks over.

 "You saved me from the undead. For this, I shall make you immortal." He then turns to Addilyn "My dear jewel I will have you this time." It goes down to kiss her but a cat jumps on piano and spooks the mummy out of the room. Evie jogs out of the room followed by everyone else. Addilyn races up to Evie. "Are going where I think we're going." Evie nods and keeps going. They run into the library to see the Curator talking with Ammon and Ardeth Bay. 

Everyone freaks out and pulls out guns screaming "YOU!" Ammon just smiles when he sees Addilyn. "Do you wish to know, or do you want to shoot us?" The Curator asked. The men put the guns down and walk into the room. They explain about how they are to watch over to tomb and failed because of us. "In Hamunaptra he called me Anck-Su-Namun and Addilyn Rania, what does that mean?"

 Ammon grabbed Addilyn tightly and said. "It means that you will become his sacrifices." Addilyn looked down at him and hugged him. Jonathan gritted his teeth but said nothing. "Good luck old mum." Addilyn just looked to the moon and hoped that her family will make it out alive.
