Percy P.O.V:

"Yeah..." Robin replied in a small voice. I reached back into the drawer and got another spoon. I wordlessly moved to the living room, sat on the couch, and punched in the cable code for Lifetime. After a minute, Robin walked in and sat down on the couch next to me. I handed him the spoon, and we ate in silence.

Robin P.O.V:

The Percy that was sitting in front of me now was someone completely different than the sarcastic, witty woman that was our instructor. Seeing her here, sitting criss-cross on the couch with ice cream in her lap watching crappy a Lifetime movie, she looked vulnerable. Innocent. She looked like she was 17. It was weird. But her presence was soothing. It eased my mind from the nightmares that haunted my dreams. I felt myself getting tired again. I wonder what Percy had dreamed about...

I woke up in my bed. I had no doubt fallen asleep and Percy had returned me to my room. The events of last night seemed almost mythical. It didn't seem real. Yet, when I walked into the kitchen, there was an empty ice cream container in the trash and two, dirty spoons in the sink. Percy was sitting at the counter eating a bowl of Frootloops. She glanced my way, and a brief look of sincerity crossed her eyes before her face resumed its impartial look. M'gahn flew in and was about to greet us with her normal morning cheer when the Zeta Tube announced the arrival of Wonder Woman. That's right, it's Tuesday.

"Good morning, children. Percy, I see you are settling in well?" Wonder Woman greeted us in her usual booming voice. Percy groaned.

"Too loud, Diana." Percy told her with a slight glare. Wonder Woman winced a little.

"My apologies, Percy. Did you not sleep well?" Wonder Woman asked only to receive an even sharper glare.

"No." Percy barked curtly. I wonder if she had gotten any sleep after she had put me back in my bed...

"Your children are boring Diana." Percy told her blandly. Wonder Woman didn't seem all to pleased with her response.

"In their defense, for what I've heard, you haven't given them a chance to prove otherwise. Batman tells me you are having them play a child's game." Wonder Woman said bluntly. Percy turned to her.

"For one, I'm playing the long game. Two, Batman can shove off for all I care, he isn't in charge of me. And three, your children are boring Diana." Percy said, a bit of bite crawling into her voice. The rest of the Team had started to fill in, listening to the argument between Percy and Wonder Woman. It was terrifying to watch, like a car crash in motion. Percy didn't seem like backing down any time soon and Wonder Woman was getting angrier by the second.

"You know what? Wonder Woman is right. You haven't given us a chance to prove ourselves. You can't just make us play a stupid game and expect to learn anything about us. I think we should have a challenge. A real test. Then you will know we aren't boring."  Artemis spat. Of course, she had to get involved. While I did agree with her, I had been starting to see that Percy was a lot more than what met the eye. To all of our surprise, Percy smiled.

"That sounds like a great idea. All of you, against me. Don't hold back. Give me everything you have, right here, right now." Percy said. Her voice was honest. She was 100% serious. We all looked at each other. We had been expecting combat training like usual with Canary this morning so all of us were in our uniforms and had all our gear on us. We were ready for a fight. Percy however, was dressed in a pair of black yoga pants, an oversized Navy blue sweatshirt, and Star Wars socks. She was really not ready for a fight.

"Percy, are you sure this is a good idea? This is hardly a fair fight..." Diana said, concern in her voice. What she said next though, we weren't prepared for. "Percy you might hurt them." She might hurt us? We were in full combat gear, Percy looked like she just rolled out of bed. What could she do?

"Relax. They can take me. Come on guys, what are you waiting for? This is your chance to prove yourselves remember? Show me just how interesting you can be." Percy taunted. And with that, we charged.

Percy pulled no weapons. She got into no stance. She stayed right where she was, sitting at the counter eating Frootloops. At the last possible second, she grabbed her spoon and flipped out of the way of my bird-a-rangs and Arty's arrows. She landed in a crouch, pivoted on her toes, threw her spoon and knocked out Wally's ankles, sending him crashing into the counter. As he was off-balance, she tied him down with duct-tape. How in the world did she have so much DUCT-TAPE??!!

Percy picked up her spoon and threw it at my freshly thrown bird-a-rang, knocking it off course and into Artemis's arm, rendering her unable to shoot her bow and temporarily disabled. As I was focused on Artemis, Percy snagged my cape and tied me up as well then did the same to Arty.

Superboy and M'gahn went at her next. Percy simply glared at M'gahn and she yelled, before crashing to the floor, holding her head. Superboy threw a mighty punch, which to all of our surprise, Percy grabbed, putting a complete stop to it. In one swift move, she then sent him over her shoulder in a judo flip. She tied him and M'gahn up as well.

Kaldur was the last one standing. He ran at her, swinging his water benders. She dodged everything he threw at her, bent down, executed a flawless sweep kick, and took Kaldur down for the count. The whole battle took less than a minute.

Percy P.O.V:

Oh, my gods that was so satisfying. Operation Kakashi is almost complete.  Yeah, I have been waiting to kick their little asses since day one. Mind you, it wasn't all that thrilling of a fight. I know 6-year-olds that put up more of a challenge. I barely came at them with 8%, didn't even use my powers. Still, hopefully, it taught them their lesson. I gave them the little speech I had rehearsed for this very occasion.

"The 'game' you all blatantly ignored was meant to test your abilities not only in being silent, precise, and creative was also meant to show you how to work together and follow orders, no matter how ridiculous. You had plenty of opportunities to win but because of your lack of interest in the mission, you failed. Everything I tell you to do, I tell you for a reason. So I highly recommend you listen." With my spiel complete, I stalked off to my room in order to keep myself from bursting into laughter in front of them. Yeah, I had them right where I wanted them.
