"Angel!" Marco cried out as he ran outside. He looked left and right before sprinting his way around the neighborhood. "Angel!! Where are you!?" He ran and portal'd all around the place, desperately trying to find her. Before finally exhausting himself and collapsing out of a portal infront of his house. He took big gasps of air before lifting his hand to summon another portal. But a hand grabbed his arm. He looked up and saw Janna holding his arm and Jack standing nearby.

"Marco...I hate to say this man but she's gone...we're not gonna find her." Janna somberly told him. Marco looked up at her in disbelief before glaring and yanking his arm away. He stood up and tried to summon another portal before feeling a pain in his head.

"Ack! Dammit...I can't stop now...she needs us! We have to-!"

"We can't do anything right now Marco!" Janna yelled at him. He glared at her but she didn't back down.

"What, are you saying we should just give ul searching for her!? Hell no! She's in danger by being alone right now!" Marco yelled at her.

"Well maybe her being alone is what's best for everyone right now! It's better that she's gone for now!" Janna yelled back. Marco's eyes glowed red before reverting back to brown. He clutched his head in pain as he glared at Janna.

"You're telling me it's better that she's all alone? Where she could be killed?!" Marco screams at her. His eyes are flickering back and forth from red to brown.

"GUYS ENOUGH!" Jack's voice boomed throughout the neighborhood, startling Janna and Marco. His eyes were glowing green before he exhaled and they went back to normal. "Sitting here yelling our heads off about this doesn't fix it. While I think alone time is needed sometimes, now isn't a great time for Angel to be alone. We should search for Angel and try to bring her back home."

Janna and Marco stare at Jack before Janna scoffs and wanders off in a random direction.

"Where are you going Janna?" Jack asked, causing Janna to stop but not turn around.

"...home Jack. I'm going home. If you idiots want to waste time finding her instead of preparing yourself for whatever's coming, fine. But I'm going to go home, train, and focus on what's really important." Janna said as she kept walking until she was out of sight.

"Why you-!" Marco started before a hand was placed on his shoulder. He turned and saw Jack shake his head somberly.

"Don't Marco. You'll only hurt yourself if you chase Janna. Come inside and rest. Your eyes look like they need rest too." Jack told him. Marco blinked as he felt his eyes get moist. He rubbed his eyes but when he looked at his hand, instead of tears it was blood on them. He clenched his hands before sighing and dropping them.

"Fine...I'll rest for a little bit but when I get up I'm searching for Angel." Marco stated as he marched into the house and passing Jack. Jack watches him enter before sighing and looking upwards.

"Angel...where did you go..?"

Marco sighs as he keeps reading over Angel's note while holding the feathers she left behind. He gains a sad look as he sits there thinking of her.

"Angel...why? I thought you trusted us...so why did you run?" Marco asks no one as he sits there. His Shadow does come out to pat his shoulder but doesn't speak. Marco sighs as he tosses the feathers into a drawer and lays down in bed and closes his eyes. A tear slides down his face and is a mixture of blood and tears.

"Isn't it obvious?" Marco shot up in his bed as he was met face to face with the blade of an axe. His eyes crossed as he stared the axe down before looking up and seeing it's wielder. It was a green armored knight and had the same voice as the figure he met at the cathedral.
