I LET HER IN

Like a plight long forgotten,
Her smile created havoc in my heart.
Like an old lovers song forgotten,
My drum beats only for her affection.

This is my heavenly gift,
I cannot abandon it even if I wanted to my heart would not allow it.
Hence let a new song play.
To a tune only requested by my beloved.

Consoler console thy heart being consoled by another Consoler.
Now that I know that she knows that I know what she knows.

ANALYSIS OF THE POEM

SUMMARY :TO MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND.

Like a struggle long forgotten she enters into his heart once again with her smile. Her smiles creates such a lovely feeling in his heart. He has forgotten the old friendships song of enchantment and now plays a tune only requested by his beloved. Even though she still does not know his love for her. She feels warm in his arms and protected by his words. She trusts him more than before for a reason even unexplainable to her. She doesn't know how it happens but she just finds herself falling in love. She feels like an external force is working on her but she doesn't know what it is that makes her feel this way. He knows that this is his heavenly gift. And even though he has had moments of weakness he would not let her go. (It's like even if he was an agent and she was with him in a building full of terrorists at gun point shooting at them and he knew that one of them would not survive he would still take the risk of him dying than leaving her there to die alone) an example to make sure that you understand the love that controls him.
She has without knowledge showed him that she is in love with him even though she herself doesn't know if she does truly love him. Now his heart is consoled of all worries because he knows what she knows and that is that she loves him.
