SHE MET HIM

I close my eyes and inhale the storm my tears have created.
I admire its different colors,
It mimics my emotions,
I have lost.

How cunning my heart has become.
It conspires against my knowledge.
Somehow a shadow covers my heart.
A mighty heart humbles my very own.
A sudden fearless bright colour fills my dreams.
A vision of the one I see.

I close my eyes to see a million dreams.
His love is all it takes.
Does he contemplate my faith.
He won't forsake me,
I'm loving shadows instead.

I must be crazy now,
Maybe I dream too much.
He whispers words in my ears,
Only time could tell.
He found me...

ANALYSIS OF THE POEM

SUMARRY: TO MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND

She says that she closes her eyes and wants to feel the flow of emotions in her heart she wants to see how different she feels when her eyes are open and when they are closed. She closes her eyes to stop herself from crying. She doesn't want to face her life as it is. She says that even when her eyes are closed she still sees and feels the same way as when they are open. She cannot run away from her distress and loneliness. She says that living without love has affected her system(soul) so much that it is hard to function. She also says that food and water and other necessities are just transparent because indeed it is true that one needs love and affection to survive and no matter how strong a person is they need love to function properly. She understands that those people who leave without love become rebels and she was about to become one as well.

While she is thinking about all this she meets a guy who humbles her (not the guy who is her friend) mingles in her hearts desires and tries to break the wall that's standing in front of her. He is fearless and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. She gives in to his demands and he than uses this to his advantage and this was the biggest mistakes she has ever made. But she doesn't care because she needs his affection now to assure herself that she is actually human.

This new guy gets intimate with her on the first day they meet. He tells her that she is beautiful, intelligent, strong, fierce, straightforward and ect. He tells her that he loves her and won't leave her alone even if his life depended on it. But he lies because when everything is done he will leave her when she is still sleeping and never to see him again. Because she is a one night stand. She does not realize this because of the fast decision she has made. But that is only the reason why the friend's (other guy who is inlove with her) heart didn't want to make a move on her as of yet because of this and what is to come next.
