You get home at about 3 o clock. Before you go inside the house you look in the garage to see if your parents car is there. You see that you your mom Dad and brothers car or not in the garage. That means that your parents or at work still, and your brother is probably hanging out with his friends getting drunk.

Relieved that you can be in your house without fear you start to walk up the driveway to your door. Then you started to think about the thought you had earlier today before you started walking to school. Maybe today I can actually leave. But where would I go. I can't stand being in this house anymore though. I have to find a way out.

[Your POV]

I start thinking of ways that I could escape this place. It would be generally easy to get out, but it would be harder to stay hidden away from my parents. They always seem to find me when I'm hiding. I could easily go to my find Zach's place and stay there for a bit until I find another way place to stay. Zach already had his own place so I wouldn't have to worry about asking his parents if I can stay. There's no doubt that Zach would let me stay at his place for a while anyway. He's my best friend and he's always there for me.

I start packing my things in case I could leave anytime soon. When I'm done with that I open up my laptop and start browsing the internet. Eventually I come across a page of a website that was talking about some Mountain with a secret portal thing in my town. I look deeper into it on different pages of different websites about this mountain and its portal. After about 30 minutes of searching I find out it's not a portal at all. Instead of some type of hole in the mountain. Apparently people never come back from there. So that would only mean that they either die were they get trapped down there.

I'm probably one of the few people who is willing to take that chance just to get away from my parents. Maybe I should go down there just to get away from them.
