Singularity (BTS Taehyung FF)

Chapter V

"Aren't you happy my son?" Asked Teamin in the middle of the extravagant dinner. He had been informed about his son's marriage by his wife just a few hours ago.

But the information he received had a few alterations. All sarcasm intended.

"Yes father, definitely". Replied Taehyung glancing up for a moment at his father.

"I never knew that you would also have a lover. I mean I have never even heard rumors, let alone seen you with a woman and.." he suddenly lowered his voice a little and continued. " I even thought you were umm what do call it oh yes gay. "

At this Taehyung's heard snapped toward his father in shock.

"Why would yo-" he was cut off by his mother. "Yes darling, even I found out recently. You sneaky boy." She said teasingly referring to Taehyung.

"And I have heard she is very beautiful and educated. She is a doctor is she not?" Taemin asked.

"Yes she is" replied Taehyung hoping his father would stop conversing further on this topic.

"What is her name? You never told me dear." Asked Taemin to his wife.

"Oh Taehyung why don't you reveal it to your father?" Said Mrs Kim a sly smile making it's way onto her face.
She turned her head to face Taehyung along with Taemin.

"Sarang" said Taehyung in a monotonous voice.

"Oh dear I think our son really is love sick!" Taemin chuckled. "He calls her love! Well not her nick name, Taehyung, tell me her real name!" He finished.

Taehyung heaved a sigh "her name is Sarang. Kang Sarang. Dr Sarang".

The room fell silent.

"Now that's just adorable!" Said Taemin breaking the silence. " I would like to meet this young lady myself sometime." He finished.

"You will meet her soon dear, for they are getting married at the end of this week!" Said Taehyung's mother, exitedly.

"Oh really? That's too early don't you think?" Asked Teamin still smiling.

"Both of them couldn't wait to get married! So I had to make it that way! kids these days!" Replied Mrs Kim with extreme enthusiasm.

"I am done." Said Taehyung. His cold voice a contrast to the cheerful environment.

He didn't want to be in this room any longer. If he had, he would have said something to upset his parents. He simply didn't have the time or energy to argue.

He stood up and tilted his head in a slight bow like gesture and and said "I will be taking my leave now."

"But Tae-" Taemin cut off his wife.
"Give him some space dear-" he said giving a light squeeze to his wife's hand. "he is probably nervous."

And like that Taehyung was out of the mansion if not the palace he called home and made his way to the car that was already waiting for him.

A worker opened the door of the luxurious vehicle for him, and he seated himself on the plush leather seat.

He heaved a deep sigh as the car started to move.

"Now he thinks that I am in love with that girl. He is going to be enraged if he found out that all of it was a lie. Ahhh, what am I going to do?" He thought aloud.

Mother, just what are you planning?
