The Next Day
Farkle's POV
We are packing up our stuff for the trip. Most of it is already in the rv that Lucas borrowed from his cousin. I already know how this is gonna turn out. Nothing like any of our previous trips.
My crush on Riley has gotten bigger the more she spends time with me. Riley and Lucas don't have that same spark that they used to have. Their relationship is going downhill. I think Riley might like me now. And I can't believe I'm thinking this but I think Lucas and Maya may like each other. Whatever we're gonna have fun. I hope.
Lucas's POV
We just finished packing up all of our stuff and we're on the rode. I'm driving right now but halfway there Farkle and I will alternate. Weirdly, Riley didn't wanted to stay with me in the front. We're dating! She wanted to play cards with Farkle. But it's okay because Maya wanted to stay with me to it's fine.
Riley and I are losing it. She wants to be with Farkle! Why him! Well I don't think I care. Riley has been spending so much time with Farkle and I've been with Maya which sorta works out. It's so fun to be with Maya she so interesting. At first it looks like she's just the average school slacker, but there is much more to her personality. I have to tell Maya something really important.
"Maya." I say to her as I take a glance at her then looking back on the road.
"Yes, cowboy?" she replies.
"Can I ask you an important question?" I blurt out.
