I stared at Miss Liana with my lips parted. What she said is still processing inside my mind and I feel like even if she'll repeat those words a million times, I won't still understand.

"But she needs to," Miss Liana said.

He shook his head and firmly looked at her.

Oh wait, neither her life nor the barrier is really your concern," Miss Liana suddenly said and smirked. "You are worried that you'll lose one of the most powerful flame once she left the academy. That's really your concern, am I right?"

I suddenly remembered how he pressured me to control my flame as early as I can. Is this why? Because I have a powerful flame that they can use against our enemies?

"Hindi totoo 'yan."

"Oh, you can never lie to me, Laxus," Miss Liana said and smirked wider.

We noticed her eyes glowing in a bright purple color. I was mesmerized by her peculiar eyes but froze when I realized something. She's now using her power.

"She's reading your mind, Headmaster," I said and they all looked at me, probably shocked by my tone.

Bago pa man sila may masabi na kung ano, tumayo na ako mula sa pagkakaupo. I glanced at Miss Lara and it looks like she knew something about Headmaster's thoughts. Well, they are close after all.

"I'll take my leave now. Thank you for the revelations." I forced a smile and immediately turned my back.

"Kate!"

I shut the door as soon as I was outside the office. The tears I was holding back fell from my eyes.

I made myself invisible and walked in the hallway. My tears falling on the floor were visible but I didn't care anymore. When I reached the first floor, tinakpan ko kaagad ang bibig ko dahil baka marinig nila ang mga hikbi ko at nagmadaling makalabas ng Administrative Building.

Pumasok ako sa entrance ng academy at tumakbo papuntang terrace. When I was already in the terrace, I immediately sat, my butt not touching the floor. I let the railings hide me as I silently cried behind it.

I can hardly breathe but my tears aren't still stopping. They kept falling, one after another.

Thinking of the things happening now and the things I found out, I don't longer know what to do. It's too much. Too much to the point I just want to disappear right now and never appear again.

But even if my eyes are no longer crying, my heart is still bleeding. And I don't know when will it stop.

I just walked passed them. I was no longer pretending not to notice them. I just don't care.

I went to the second floor and stopped in front of our dorm's door.

Bea and Jillian looked like they were about to go somewhere before seeing me now.
