10: Happier days

I've got all my fingers,
I've got all my toes.

I've got two narrow eyes,
I've got one breathing nose.

So, let's keep it that way, yeah?
I don't want to loose any bids.

We keep doing this to ourselves,
and after all, we are only kids.

Dares that went wrong with
Olly, Harry and Jack.

When did it turn so ugly?
I just want our old lives back.

Childhood forever taken;
so sudden and so gone.

What happened to the sun?
and skipping stones in the pond?

But I'm afaird that's adulthood,
darkness, betrayal and lies.

Two sides to every story,
now there's a wall that divides.

After all you have put me through,
I still tear up and I feel so blue.

Brother, I want the best,
and I will always love you.

Do me a favour,
and make the best of it young.

Cause you're only there once,
laughing, swinging, and free tongues.
