Chapter 20

Ruby's POV

I wake up, mine and Luke's legs intwined, I turn my head slightly to see his right next to my neck, I feel his warm breath on the back of my neck, sending shivers down my spine.

"Morning" I smile as his eyes flutter open. He smiles up at me and rubs his eyes and groans slightly.

"Morning, how long have you been awake for?" he says, his voice thick with sleep and exhaustion. He undoes our legs and sits up, resting his back against the wooden headboard.

"Not long, just a couple seconds before you actually" I say and prop myself up on my elbow to look at my beautiful boyfriend, his hair curly and wild, strands over his forehead, his eyes and lips swollen from sleep.

"Ah, what time is it?" he asks, running his hands through his hair and pushing it back with a bandana and tying it at the back. I look at my phone, slightly blinded by the light.

"11:16" I say and he starts laughing, completely oblivious to me as why he is.

"What's so funny?" I ask, furrowing my eye brows in confusion. He shifts in his place.

"What to do something?" he asks and half smiles at me mysteriously.

"Okay" I agree and he hopes out of bed to get changed.

"let's go" he smiles and pulls me by the hand, running out of the room and down the hallways into the elevator.

"What are we doing, don't we need security?" I ask breathless once we are safe inside the elevator. He hits the button the ground floor.

"Yeah, but oh well, come on" he laughs and pulls me out of the elevator, I can see all the fans outside screaming and hitting the doors. Oh god, this won't turn out well we push through the doors, Luke's hand grasping mine tight. He looks back at me and makes a screaming face as we push our way through the crowd.

Once we get free of the girls we run as fast as possible down the street, with a herd of girls chasing us, screaming.

"What now?" I laugh look over to Luke as we run away.

"Here" he points an pushes me into a small alleyway, so small our bodies are pushed together to fit in. We watch as the girls run straight past us and start laughing, out of breath. He rests his forehead on mine and breathes rapidly.

"What next genius?" I laugh hitting him on the arm. He pretends a pain stricken face and clenches his arm.

"Come on" he laughs and pulls me by the hand, leading me out of the alleyway and onto the street.

Luke signals over a cab and we climb in.

"Where to sir?" the man asks, making me giggle at the fact he called Luke 'sir', Luke flashes me a glare and I stop giggling.

"Just drive around" he tells him and places a stack of notes on the tray. The driver counts the money and nods, then starts driving. "Shout stop when you see somewhere you want to go" he smiles and wraps his arm around my shoulders.

I focus on the fast moving objects outside, resting my head on my hand. I look at Luke and smile, and smiles back at me, thinking the same thing.

"Stop" we both order and the taxi pulls over on the curb. "Thank you" Luke says to the driver and we climb out of the car.

We both look into the fair ground, giant, fast rides spotted around. We both look at each other and run like children into the fair.

"Candy floss ma'am" he says in his best British and holds his arm for me to take. I smile at his failed accent.

"Sure" I giggle and hook my arm in his and we skip over to the candy floss truck. Luckily no one has spotted us, as it mostly seems like parents and young children, children that are way too young to handle the boys 'specialness'.

He buys the candy floss and my eyes follow the stick around the pot, collecting the wool looking floss. She hands me the stick piled with candy floss and Luke takes my other hand. We start to walk out, then someone bumps into Luke.

"Sorry" he says turning around and he stops in his tracks. I turn around to see the girl staring back at Luke, tanned skin, dark brown hair, brown eyes. She really was beautiful. I walk back to Luke and her eyes move to me and her expression changes. I hook my arm in Luke's and move into him.

"Kiana?"
