Waking up in a dark, cold room, I opened my eyes and found myself lying on my bed. The moment I checked my wristwatch and saw its weird movement like before, it gave me the hint that I wanted to hear.

I’m finally inside my dream. Now I should find him.

I tossed my blanket away and stood up from bed. My right knee wound reminded me about its presence with a stinging sensation, but I just ignored it. Paglabas ng kuwarto, dali-dali akong umakyat ng hagdan patungong terrace.

I slammed the door open the moment I reached upstairs. With series of panting, nagtungo ako sa bingit ng terrace at sinigaw agad ang pangalan niya.

“Carson!" My voice echoed around. "Mr. Legarda! Are you there?"

Still, no hazel-eyed man appeared.

But I won't give up. He has to show up.

"Carsooon!" I called again.

I shiver in fear of the menacing glare coming from a woman standing there…na kamukhang-kamukha ko.

I feel like looking in a mirror the moment I see her. At first she looked normal—until her entire eyes turned black, her body was filled with thick veins, and threw a loud roar.

The moment I opened the door, my eyes grew wide in shock. She just appeared right in front of me—with her terrifying look—together with the spark of a startling lightning.

My heart starts beating so fast habang dahan-dahan akong umatras. "S-Sino ka? What are you planning to do??" nauutal kong tanong.

That just gave a sinister grin on her face, making these frightened feelings severe.

She gripped my shirt's collar and pushed me hanggang sa bakod ng terrace ko. All of this happened just in a speed of lightning. Pilit niya 'kong tinutulak sa bingit while I’m trying to escape. Is she seriously gonna kill me?

"Ano ba—BITIWAN MO 'KO!"

Pushing and wiggling, I did what I can. But she just grinned wider that contributed to the eeriness of the scene.

"...Luna."

"WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!"

I screamed hanggang sa kadulu-duluhan ng lalamunan ko the moment she pushed me out of the terrace. I should not die here! Please stop playing with my dreams!

"TULOOONG!" "TULUNGAN NIYO ‘KOOO! WAAAAAAH—”

The thunder roared like a lion, making me close my eyes in fear. Then I felt arms that caught my back, and hands holding me tight.

Seconds after, I can't hear the wind anymore. Nasa langit na ba 'ko? Patay na ba 'ko? O 'di kaya, gising na 'ko?

When I opened my eyes, I saw the man that carried me in his arms. With his hazel eyes looking at mine, they reflect the sunlight slowly peeking from the sky.
