That night when an overwhelmed Anand went back home, he was waiting to find Bela alone. He had almost fixed his daughter's alliance and none of the members had a clue about it.
When he finally found Bela alone in their bed room searching for something in the drawer he took a deep breath and blurted the truth in one go.
"Bela! Naina ke liye rishta aaya hai."
"Kya?" She turned around in a second, hands over her mouth. "This is not our decision to make, Preeti ke papa."
"Why? I am Naina's father. Rishta kaafi accha hai and they will not be a hindrance in her career. If Naina likes the guy, I think there is nothing wrong in this alliance."
"Preeti ke papa ... Aap sahi keh rahe hain par -"
"Kisi par ki koi gunjaish nahi hai Bela. You inform Naina and Preeti. I'll let Bhai sahab and Bhabhiji know tomorrow."
Bela looked on as Anand took his kurta pyjama and locked the bathroom to change.
"Hell will break loose. Why aren't you understanding?" She whispered looking at the closed door
