A/N: Hey everyone. First, I wanted to thank you for all the votes and reads you guys gave to me. You are awesome. I also wanted to thank the few reviews I got. They helped me write faster. Without further ado, let's move on to the story.

The photo above is the photo of the dress Rose wears for her dinner with Alan.

The seamstress pulled open the zipper of the bag and revealed a magnificent dress. It was made out of a mix of green and blue color fabric and had small diamonds that seemed to be made to rest on the hip bone. The woman took it off its hanger and handed it to me. A few minutes later I was looking at myself in the mirror on the opposite wall of the dressing room.

"It's beautiful" I whispered, caressing the intricate beadwork that harbored my hip.

"I'm happy you like it. Would you like to show it to your friend?" She asked.

I nodded and she moved the curtain aside. June who was on her phone looked up to me and smiled.

"Wow Rose. You've absolutely got to get it. I mean, look at you. He'll love it too. Come on Rose, you can't say no to that." She said, gesturing towards me.

I looked at myself into the large mirror in between the two dressing rooms. Sure enough, the dress was beautiful. It was an off-the-shoulder, pine green dress that went down to the floor. An elegant slit began from the top of my thigh and parted the dress a little on the side of the dress. The top was fairly simple, but the waist was underlined by a diamond brooch and a small ruffle of fabric that reached the top of the slit.

"Who's this person, standing in front of me?" I whispered to myself, not recognising myself in the mirror.

"It is really magnifique on you, Madame." The seamstress said, rearranging the fabric to flow properly on the floor. "You don't even need any modifications." She added as a final thought.

"I'll take it..." I said after a long moment. After all, I didn't have a lot of time before dinner so I had to get a dress now or stay in the outfit I had come to work with.

Twenty minutes later, we were back in my office. The seamstress had been nice enough to give me a hanger so I could suspend it without making any ruffles in the fabric. The dress was now hanging on a hook inside a white protective plastic bag.

18:30 p.m.

I watched the clock on my computer and realized I only had one hour before Alan would pick me up for dinner. June had decided to stay late to help me into my dress and fix a little my hair for me. I opened the door and found her at her desk, putting away the last few things laying around.

45 minutes later I was ready. June had done my hair up into an elegant bun with two strands of hair falling down my cheeks. I had a pair of diamond earrings and my pair of black Louboutin. I looked at myself once again in the mirror and grabbed a small black clutch that matched my shoes.

"You look absolutely wonderful Rose. I still can't believe that you're going to have dinner with Mr. Rickman. I hope everything goes well for you." She says, hugging me one last time before we both exit the office.

As we wait for the elevators, John, one of the junior associates comes up to me and I see his eyes wandering on me. Since my first day, here at Glenn's and Son, John has always been a little flirty with me, unfortunately for him, he isn't quite my type and I kept pushing him back.

"Rose, if I may you are looking fantastic. Where are you going dressed like that?" He asked flirtingly.

"To the Savoy..." I tell him as casually as possible.

"Oh..." He said, his voice betraying his disappointment.

The elevator opened and I entered it. A few instants later, we had reached the main lobby. As I exited the elevator, I saw Alan. He was standing, his back facing me, looking through the large windows at the front of the lobby. I inhaled one large time and advanced towards him. It was then that he turned towards me, I could see something in his eyes I had never seen. Neither during the time I had worked with him on his case, neither on screen.

Alan's POV

I was waiting in the lobby for Rose when I suddenly felt the urge to turn myself towards the elevators where she should be coming from. The second I turned around; I saw her. She wore a magnificent dress in a sort of green shade and her heels made the leg, that could be seen thanks to a slit in the fabric, endless.

She was walking towards me, a small smile adorning her face. I felt my heart race as she approached me more and more. Once she was practically in front of me, I bowed at her and took her hand in mine.

"Miss Addington, you leave me speechless," I said, placing a small kiss on the back of her hand.

"I must say you're quite dashing yourself Mr. Rickman." She said, letting a delicious laugh out, that only made my heart race faster.

"If you would please come with me, our reservation awaits," I tell her taking her hand in the crook of my arm.

"I'll let you lead the way Mr." She replied sweetly, placing her other hand on top of the one that was already nestled in my arm.

We got outside, without another word spoken and headed towards the left of the building where my car was parked. It was a beautiful Rolls Royce Phantom I had bought two months ago for Alix and had planned to give her to celebrate the birth of our child, but had finally kept after she had cheated on me.

"Here is our ride Rose, after you, if you pleased," I said, opening the door and letting her get inside the back of the car.

"Wow, Alan, it's beautiful... I don't know what to say truly," She said, looking around her at every detail of the luxury car.

"Then don't say anything..." I whispered in the shell of her ear, barely restraining myself for dropping a little endearment.

'What the fuck is wrong with you Alan' I said to myself. 'You're not even divorced yet and you're flirting with the girl. Stop it right now, she might even be with someone.' I mentally kicked myself, putting a little more distance between the two of us.

"Lloyd, take us to the Savoy please," I said to the driver I had hired for the night.

The ride was quiet, we just sat in the back of the car, at one point I realized that I had inadvertently placed my hand on her thigh. The second I remarked it, I quickly took it off and excused myself.

'She's half your age you twat. Never would she see you like that. Keep your hands to yourself old man' I chastised myself.

We finally arrived in front of the entry of the Savoy. The driver parked and one of the footmen approached the vehicle and opened the door. I got out of the car and held my hand out for Rose. Once she was out of the vehicle, I gave the instructions to the driver and went as quickly as possible back to Rose. She had a bright smile on her face and looked at the epitome of bliss.

Twenty minutes later, we were both sitting in the restaurant and looking at the menu. She was looking at it with huge eyes.

"Everything seems absolutely delicious. I don't know what to choose..." She said, flipping back and forth the pages of the menu.

"Well, I can absolutely recommend the beef and its puree. Otherwise, I can recommend you the frogs..." I said, looking at the menu.

"Frogs! A bit too exotic for me I'm afraid. I'll go with the beef." She informed me, placing her menu down.

Just as she did so, a waiter came towards the table and greeted us.

"Welcome to the Savoy, would you like something to drink first?" He asked presenting me with the wine card.

"Rose?" I prompted before seeing her shake her head lightly. "Alright, no we'll order directly, maybe you could recommend us something to go with the meal? So what do you want to eat Rose?" I asked, smiling softly at her.

"I'll have some beef please." She answered.

"One beef, I would recommend you a nice Sainte Cecile 2007, a nice red one." The waiter said, jotting down the order on his notepad.

I told him I would also be having beef and ordered a bottle of Sainte Cecile to go along with it. He nodded before disappearing and reappearing a few minutes later with the bottle of wine. He poured a little inside my glass and I tasted it before nodding and watching him finish serving my glass and then serving Rose.

"To our success," I said, raising my glass.

"To our success. May it be the first of many" She completed before bringing the glass to her lips and taking a sip of it.
