I was awoken from my slumber when my alarm went off.
"Turn that shit off! I'm trying to sleep!" My mother shouted from across the hall.
I got up and shut off the alarm not wanting to wake her up. It was a Saturday and it was time for work.
I lazily walked to my closest and pulled out my work shirt. I opened my small drawers under the shirts and grabbed my work pants. Just like any usual work clothes the shirt was white and the pants were black.
I put my shoes on and grabbed my purse. I have to walk there as I don't have a car.
Even though I've been working for two years, I didn't have very much money. My mother and father always took it. They used it for their alcohol.
They were almost always drunk and when they weren't, it was still like they were.
I was walking away from the house and admired the scenery around me. On my way I always stopped to stare at the beautiful trees that were full of tiny flowers. As I was smelling one of the flowers on the tree branch I heard a click. It was from a camera, obviously.
I looked around and no one was around.
"Huh...weird.."
I continued walking around and staring at the trees. They were beautiful.
I checked the time and I knew I should start heading to work again.
I got back on the sidewalk and headed toward the city. I worked in a small cafe, but it was a rather busy place.
They had amazing coffee and the pay was great. The people were too! However, I didn't trust them fully. They were kind, but I couldn't tell anybody about.....
I heard loud footsteps behind me and usually no one walks this route, so it kind of scared me.
I turned around and was rather shocked to see who it was.
The schools Kingka. And playboy. Or at least that's what I heard.
Jeon....Jungkook...
"Take a picture, it'll last longer," he said while smiling.
I rolled my eyes and said, "How many times have you used that phrase on your victims?"
"W-What?" He asked pretty shocked.
"Whatever. What are you doing here anyway?" I responded and you could definitely here the annoyance in my voice.
"Jeez, why so cold?"
"One," I said turning around and staring at him, "you already asked that yesterday! Two, you are an ass. Three, all you know is how to fuck with girls hearts. Four, you start fist fights with people. I'm not an idiot. You may have not been involved in the actually fist fight very many times, but you have been the cause of them. I've heard about you sleeping around with guys girlfriends. You prick. And five, you are obviously stalking me," I said calmly and turned back around after glaring at him.
"And where have you heard this?" He said while smirking.
"I've seen it," I said, slightly turning my head in his direction.
I saw his smirk fade. He was caught. I won't be messed with.
"Wow...you've done your research..."
"Not on purpose. But I can say...I'm a little disappointed in you. You seemed nice, but you are really just a fucking prick."
"What! You don't mean that!" He replied, while looking at your face sadly.
"Why does it matter to you anyway?"
He stayed silent.
"You just want me in your bed. Well guess what I'm not gonna be in your stupid, fucking, little game of yours. You're a piece of shit and I ha-"
Just then you were cut off when he swiftly pinned your hands to a tree near you.
"Wha-what..." you stood there in utter shock and confusion. However, it only lasted a minute.
"What are you doing, you prick!? Get the fuck off of me!"
"Never...never say you hate me..." he looked at you with hooded eyes and kept speaking, "Why are you so mean to me...? You're so nice to everyone else, but..but why are you mean TO ME!" He shouted the last words.
You couldn't help but flinch at how loud he has become.
"Look Jungkook, I hate you. There's no hiding it. I just don't like you. And I can honestly say that I will never be friends with someone like you. Yes, I am kind to almost everyone, but not everyone. The reason for that is because they haven't done stupid shit like you have and they deserved to be treated well. Maybe if you would change, I'd be nice. But I highly doubt there's anyone in this world that could change your heart...you just don't know how to love. You fuck girls and then throw them out. Do you even know what that could do to someone...?" I asked quietly. I pushed his hands away once I felt his grip loosen. He didn't say anything.
"That's what I thought. I need to head to work, goodbye."
I started walking away again as he hasn't said anything back.
But I got startled when he suddenly grabbed my wrist.
I turned and tried to look him in the eyes, but once again his hair covered his eyes, making him look scary.
"Never speak to me like that again. Or I swear you will regret it."
And just like that, he left.
Weird..
But what makes him think I'll listen to him. He can't do anything.
I turned around again and ignored what he said. I had to start running or otherwise I knew I would be late.
I reached the cafe in about seven to eight minutes. My shift started at seven and it currently was 6:54. Couple minutes to spare.
"Hey, Y/N!" I heard my boss shout, "Since you are here, do you mind showing how to work the machines to our new employee?" She asked, nicely.
"Of course I don't mind! I'd love to help!"
"Okay, just go clock in, I know your shift doesn't start for another five minutes, but a couple extra cents wouldn't hurt?" We both laughed and I headed to go clock in.
Once I finished, I headed to the back to go see where the new employee would be.
The cafe didn't ever get customers in the morning, not even kidding, it was always deserted. So, I had time to show him. However, I knew that he'd be the cashier for a few days until he got the hang of it.
Once I opened the door to the back, I saw a very handsome, young man standing there.
"Hello! My names Baekhyun!"
As you started introducing yourself you couldn't help but feel like you were being watched.
And honestly...it terrified you.
