The light is there
Yet it feels so far away
My heart is open
Yet it feels locked tight
I mind is working
Yet it feels broken
My Emotions seem stable
Yet I feel crazy
All these feelings, I can't handle them
All I can do is distract myself
But I know soon they will flood back
Because when it comes
I can't control it
And I can't do anything to stop it
