Chapter 32

Yuto's POV
This wasn't supposed to happen. My mother was never supposed to have gotten out of jail. Did those dumbasses seriously let her go that easily!?

I sprinted towards Wooseoks house and opened his door.... I almost broke down at the sight. He was unconscious, a gash on his forehead... with my mother, staring at him. Laughing.
With all the built up anger, hatred, frustration, and sadness that has been inside for the past year, I was able to lunge at my mother and pin her to the ground.

She just laughed like a maniac.
"You're too late. With all that damage that boy will never wake up again." She chuckled.

I grabbed her shoulders and slammed her on the floor. "WHAT DID I DO TO YOU?! WHAT HAVE I DONE THAT MADE YOU THINK YOU CAN DO THIS TO THE PEOPLE I CARE ABOUT?"

She cackled and rolled her eyes back. "Why did you have to torture everyone I cared about.." She slowly lifted her head up and looked me straight in the eye.
She chuckled again.

"Because it's fun!"

I looked at her. Fun. FUN??
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN FUN? KIDNAPPING. TORTURING. MURDERING PEOPLE. THATS FUN TO YOU??" I was in complete and udder shock. No, not shock. Horror. My mother isn't crazy. She's a straight up psychopath.

"Yes fun!" She continued to laugh. "The horror on that boy's mom's face! HA! It was PRICELESS!" She grinned "And when I hit you both! Oh my it was so entertaining!"

I couldn't control my anger anymore. I screamed. Loudly enough that I'm sure many of the neighbors would hear. She just laughed and laughed. I had enough of her bull shit. I punched her right in the face and I didn't stop until she was unconscious. I stood up and looked at her.
"I've been meaning to do that for a while." I spat

I ran over to Wooseok's lifeless body. I don't like that word. Lifeless. It makes one seem like they are dead.

Wooseok isn't dead.... he's just.. sleeping.
He'll wake up any second. And he'll wrap his arms around me and he'll tell me that everything is gonna be alright.
I slowly brushed the hair out of his face.
"Wooseok?" I croaked.

No answer.

I couldn't hold back my tears anymore

"Wooseok please. Please don't die. Because if you die, then who's going to protect me?"
