CLAUDIA'S POV
I was on top of jai shoulders and beau was on top of skips.
"We are going to win" I said in beaus face.
"No me and skip are champs at this game" beau said back.
"READY,SET GOO"skip yelled
Jai ran towards skip. I pushed beau with all my might. They stumbled backwards. Beau got my arms and was pushing me off. Jai lost his balance and soon I feel into the water. I came up laughing a coughing I had swallowed a lot of water.
"We won again" Skip and beau were jumping up.
"CLAUDIA" I turn around to see Luke James and Brittany said running towards us.
"Guys guess what" Luke yelled.
"What" we all said
"We are a couple now" Brittany said looking at luke.
I ran up and gave them a big hug. Beau went and pick Brittany up and threw her in the water and skip did the same with luke.
"Guys do you want to have a party tonight we have two weeks till school gets back and mum and Bob aren't home?" Jai suggested
"Yeah that's a great idea" James said.
Brittany and I were getting ready for the party. It was a good way to meet some friends before school started. Me and brit only knew the boys since we moved here.
"I can't believe you and Luke are a couple." I said to her with the biggest smile on my face and as soon as I said it her face lit up.
"I know, it's the best feeling being with someone your in love with." I looked down realising I wasn't with the boy I love. Brit noticed I looked upset.
"Claud are you ok with me being with Luke, I just know things with you and Jai are... Complicated at the moment I don't want you to feel awkward,"
"Brit," I stopped her there. "I have never been more happy about anything, you and Luke are perfect together. You deserve to be happy babe, and from what I've seen Luke is your happiness." She hugged me.
"Thanks Claud, you deserve happiness too. You might just need more time." She had her hand on my shoulder.
"Well should we head down?" I suggested as we were both ready now.
The boys must have done this plenty of times before. The living room was the perfect atmosphere for a party. The lights were low but the music was loud.
"So when is everyone getting here?" I asked.
"Uhh eight I think." James said. It was 7:49 now, people will surely be coming any time now.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
"I got it!" Skip shouted from the kitchen.
Four people came through into the lounge. And then four more and then more and more. This house sure could fit a lot of people.
Beau came in with the drinks, a lot of drinks.
Jai came over to me and handed me a red cup.
"Thanks!" I shouted over the music.
"You're welcome." He shouted back. "Do you wanna go outside, I think I'm going deaf?"
"Sure." God I was getting sick of yelling. He took my hand and lead me outside. Quite a few people were already outside making out making me feel weird, being surrounded by drunk people swallowing each other, this couple bumped right into me while making out and they didn't even notice me. "Ugghh." I looked at them when they went away and chugged the rest of my beer. Jai laughed.
