"I know who you are."
Annabeth stared at me. Percy turned his head around to look at me with a serious expression on his face.
"Misty, what do you mean by that?" Annabeth asked startled.
"Ok. I'm going to do my best to explain this. There are two series of books. The first one was named after you Percy. It's Percy Jackson and the Olympians. It started with you on your field trip in 6th grade and ended after you and Annabeth got thrown in the lake after the war. The second series was called The Heroes of Olympus. It started with Jason, Piper and Leo. Percy, this was when you had only been missing for three days. It ended(I'll put in the ending in November if I remember. I'll try not to spoil BoO.) No one realized that this whole world you lived in was real. There are so many people out there called fangirls/ fanboys who are addicted to the series, like me, and desperately wishing it was real."
Annabeth and Percy glanced at each other and smirked.
"I guess he did what he said he was going to do" Percy smirked.
"Wha... What do you mean?" I asked completely confused.
"After the war, as part of the counseling , Chiron hired a wannabe author to write down everything we told him. I went first. I told him about my first few years of being a demigod and Annabeth, Grover, Tyson and a couple of other kids at camp helped me remember everything. Then we got the seven together and told about our individual quests and how we ended up together. We never realized he would publish it as fiction and become famous. It was just a gig to help his writing get better." Percy said. He shook his head. "Wow. What was his name again Annabeth?"
"Ronald Rord? No. Richard Rodan? No... What was his name Misty?"
"Rick Riordan"
"Oh yeah right. Honesty he was pretty cool. He was funny. We read what he wrote, with great difficulty yes, but we agreed that he was a brilliant writer." Annabeth remembered.
We stood in silence for several minutes. Then Percy stiffened. "We are almost there. Hang on, like take offs, landings aren't exactly the smoothest thing ever."
