chapter 47 Dream. // Company outing pt. 2

Ashred's POV:

Today is our second day here in Vegas. When I woke up, I was still not in my mood of socializing after what happened last night. I was just sitting by my bed spacing out until Cass approached me.

"You good?" She asked.

"Yea." I said and nodded with a smile.

I then headed to the bathroom and freshen up then we all went to down to have breakfast.

"Morning guys!" The others greeted.

"Morning." We said.

I observe Jake and Jungkook and they aren't talking to each other. Luckily, their bruises weren't that obvious. Me and Jake are already talking to each other but not that long. Jungkook and I still haven't talked since last night so I kept on ignoring him now cause im still not in my mood.

We then eat breakfast. Luckily, the others were already good and the table was full of chats and laughter and the rest of them are along my American friends. But I was just there silently laughing but I don't join them.

I was eating breakfast but I wasnt giving a glance to Jungkook. Whenever our eyes meet, I always avert my gaze until our breakfast is finished.

We all then headed back to our rooms to fix our stuff cause its already 10 am and we only have 2 hours to prepare.

Me and the girls are walking back but I changed my direction.

"Hey Rose, where are you going?" Cass asked.

"I'll be at the beach. You guys go and prepare first. I will follow." I said and they nodded.

They then went to our room as I went by the beach. I was just sitting by a beach bed silently singing Love me or Leave me by little mix. That's a good song for me right now.

Jungkook's POV:

I was looking for Rose but I didnt saw her with the girls. I didnt ask her where she is and find her myself. Well, if she isnt her room, their is no other place she will go except for the beach.

I then went there and saw her sitting by the beach bed while singing an unknown song for me. Well, she sings what she feels but I don't know the song. I just listen to the lyrics then I interrupted her.

"Rose..." I said then she looked at me.

"What are you doing here?" She asked.

"I want to talk to you." I said.

She then moved to give some space for me to sit so I then sat beside her.

"Are you mad at me?" I asked then she looked at me.

"No. Im not." She said.

"Are you sure?" I asked and she nodded.

"Im just mad at myself. You know... I making my own choices but nothing seemed right. I choose to do things with you and forget about my engagement. I choose to do things with Jake then I will forget that I still lo- I mean did things with you. You know I mean. Its really hard to decide. My head is killing me." She said.

"Then follow your heart." I said.

"That's the point. If I follow my heart, I will let my obligation go. If I followed my brain, I will end up letting go of something more important. If your in my shoes, you would probably feel the same. That's why I didn't want you guys to know about the marriage cause things will end up like this. You know all I want is to be happy and free right. If im with Jake, im just happy but not free cause I'm tied up with him. If im with you, I will be happy as well but I'm still not free because im still tied up with Jake. I want to have a decision that I can have both sides." She said.
